Everyone always asks, “Where does the Five stand for in J Five Production?”

If you know anything about Myrtle Beach football, then you know what #5 meant.

Everett Golson wasn’t just a quarterback, he was a symbol of what was possible. When you saw #5 on the field, you knew you were watching something special. He inspired so many of us growing up to chase our dreams and believe we could make it beyond Myrtle Beach.

Golson led Myrtle Beach to state championships in 2008 and 2010 and finished his high school football career with 151 touchdown passes.

That’s where FIVE comes from.

J Five Production is more than a name. It represents inspiration, purpose, and being a light for the next generation.

I want J Five to be that same light for the state of South Carolina, just like EG was for so many of us.
