When you know, you know.

What God ordains doesn’t need an audience to be real, only faith to be followed. Long before this moment, we said “yes” in private, stepping into covenant guided by divine providence.

Getting our first home together, establishing our family unit, and living under His favor were all birthed in that private moment before the big day.

So this day wasn’t the beginning, it was the celebration, the confirmation, and the continuation of what God had already started.

No one can do this work alone! We heard our brothers @line4linebr had a need to ensure that our young men had access to basketball this season and @sonsofthunderla stepped up with a $2500 sponsorship! This sponsorship will ensure three youth basketball teams can pay registration and compete. Many stories of success started with access given through sports! Have a great season Line 4 Line Clippers! by @jghollins

Four SU degrees between us, family legacies and one big love for our dear @southernu_br! Great time at Homecoming, feeling that old Southern spirit and raising up the next Jaguar! #SU #SULC by @jghollins

A little glimpse into what life looks like for us these days 🤎

Marriage, parenthood, careers, carpool, community, date nights… and everything in between. Our entire lives basically depend on our @myskylight shared calendar!

Our first day in the life!✨ Should we make this a series? by @jghollins

We got married back in March, and somehow we’re still finding moments from this day that never made it to the timeline. At this point, y’all have attended the ceremony, the reception, the after-party and watched the director’s cut. 🤭

But this one deserved a post. A few more moments from a day we’ll never forget.
This should be the last wedding video. No promises. 🫶🏾

I can’t believe I have a first grader! So proud of my big girl on her first day! Praying for a great school for everyone. Celebrating all of the parents having our schedules back! #KierstenJade #BacktoSchool #FirstGrade by @jghollins

Great day helping provide access to technology for our community. 💻

And the need was clear. The line started forming an hour and a half before the event even began.

Grateful that @sonsofthunderla was able to step up and sponsor $3,000 in technology for families today.

Technology is a part of access, and we’ve got to keep doing our part to help close that gap.

Big thanks to @cacrc_br for partnering with us and making today possible. More to come!

Tomorrow we’re showing up for our kids!

Sons of Thunder is proud to partner with CACRC for the Back to School Bash Pop Up Sale, and most importantly, the first $2,500 in technology purchases for students will be covered by Sons of Thunder.

That means we’re stepping in to help close the gap because technology is a part of access. If we want our students to learn, compete, and succeed, they need the tools to do it. We have to meet that gap head on.

Chromebooks, laptops, desktop bundles, tablets, hotspots and more will be available while supplies last.

📍 East Baton Rouge Parish Library
7711 Goodwood Blvd
🗓 Saturday, August 8
⏰ 9AM to 12PM

The first $2,500 is covered by Sons of Thunder. We’re proud to do our part.

See y’all tomorrow.

Very proud of my little businesswoman on her first lemonade stand. She and her mom decided to brave the heat today and provide a cool treat! Dad had to drop more than a dollar to support her efforts! Go see her until 2pm in Lexington! by @jghollins
