“Discipline looks boring until you see what it builds”

It’s something about mundane tasks, repeated over and over until the end result comes to life.

I’ve failed more times than you know with this fat loss and muscle building project. The only difference between me and somebody else is I took the loss as lesson learned from it & KEPT GOING!

I create customized strength training plans and nutrition plans tailored to your needs from someone who been in the trenches!

DM me or hit the link in my bio for 1:1 coaching ‼️

The muscle doesn’t know how much weight is on the bar. It knows the effort. So repeat that effort until the reps slow down & dig deep to find 2-3 more reps!

Some of my favorite leg day movements that will be repeated until I’m satisfied 💯💪🏽.

Structured training. Simple Nutrition. Real Results. #bodybuilding #legday #swolecall by @jgoodstrength
