Driving the mountain roads with good music, a cup of coffee, and the sun lighting up the golden leaves and casting shadows on the road. 🍁 #smokymountains #roadtrip #fall #bts #watercolor by @jherveystudio

Where shall we go next!? Painting these little nostalgic worlds that feel a bit like a grown-up version of Polly Pockets (hey fellow 90s kids!) is such a delight. From oceans, cabins, maritime landscapes, whales, ships, lighthouses and more, I kinda just want to paint it all! Lately, I’ve been thinking about a train through colorful fall mountains but haven’t attempted that one yet! If you have any ideas I’d love to hear them!
