AthElite is for EVERYONE 🤝 by @jholt23__

Behind the scenes…This is why‼️

I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Deuce before this day, He just happened to be on the sideline, locked in watching the pros work. Something in me said, “Go get your cleats. Come train.”

So he jumped in, got to work alongside the pros, and got a chance to see what that level looks and feels like.

Fast forward to this week, freshman year, first varsity touchdown‼️

That’s what it’s about. Sometimes all a young athlete needs is an opportunity and a chance to see what’s possible.

Congrats on the first TD my guy. Keep working. This is just the beginning. by @jholt23__

Another off-season in the books… Time to spot the ball 😤

Great experience with @worldfitnessproject getting a firsthand look at two worlds of athletics colliding.

Some of the fittest athletes in the world stepped outside of their normal arena and got a chance to test themselves through the 40yard dash, broad jump, and pro agility

Grateful to be a part of the experience and excited to see where WFP continues to take the sport. by @jholt23__

Connecting, collaborating, and moving together 🤝⚡️

The Coaches & Gym Owners Experience was held across the Combine and HOA floors on Friday and Saturday in collaboration with @streamfitlive !

From high-energy workouts to inspiring conversations, we loved bringing this community together under one roof.

Huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made these activations special! 🙌

SPEAK LIFE.🗣️ Its worth the listen if you have time.

It’s always been more than just some cones and agility drills.

Sometimes the most important coaching happens after the session is over. It’s in the conversations nobody sees reminding somebody who they are, what they’re capable of, and WHO gave them the gift in the first place.

I go back and forth with this social media stuff because I know you can make anything look like anything out here. None of this is about creating an image.

The mission is to change lives, not manufacturing the one you want to portray.

But I’m also learning I’ve gotta post these videos. I can’t hide the light just because I don’t care about the spotlight. So if I post it, let it point to something bigger.

Let your light shine. Speak life. Build people.

Shoutout to my guy @1k_alwaysopen his impact goes way beyond what happens on the field.

The drills matter. The development matters. But this right here is the part you can’t put a price on.

Don’t hide what God put in you. Sow the seeds, Your gift was never given to you just for you. 🙏🏾

Speed is a trait. Speed control is a skill. Elite movement lives where these two meet🤝 by @jholt23__

It’s easy to mimic like you got motion in the offseason…But when the lights come on even the blind can see we different.

Summer is for separation. In due time, the work will shine. 🏁 by @jholt23__

Gotta stay a few steps and reps ahead…That opportunity only goes with those already in motion. #NFLOFFSZN by @jholt23__
