What a session! Advanced Reformer with a truly advanced room.

Being advanced means having such strong control and body awareness that even through the most demanding movements, you learn to use less energy so you have more energy to fine tune and take on the next challenge.

Completely unplanned but we had mostly men in class today, and it’s so amazing so see them move with such grace! Special thanks to @ksuib_fitness Kyle for visiting us and demonstrating the work with such incredible control and fluidity💕💕#pilates #menspilates #pilatesreformer by @jia.li.pilates

Self-care morning. Love incorporating the @viprpro into my kettle bell warm up training. Motivated to get better.

1 kettlebell, your entire focus, and ideally a friend ♾️

My weekly private sessions with @jia.li.pilates are always so inspiring- witnessing her growth with the kettlebell over the last year is so amazing. She just learned this flow today, and it is no joke 🔥🔥

Flowing with the @nikestrength rubber coated kettlebells- soft on Jia’s expensive floors (and the body) with a grit-coated handle that allows these transitions to happen with confidence. by @jia.li.pilates

Almost one year of the sol room, and look at this sweet thoughtful gift from @jizelle.chloe and @marialbui
This one’s for the sunshines who made me the Sol Mama. Two best friends who met at The Sol Room. You two are the heart of our community. You’re always first to welcome new faces and you’re always ready to demo a move. My OG Sol Sisters, I’m so grateful for you thank you for light up my room☀️☀️ by @jia.li.pilates

If you have clients who run with all your crazy ideas and intrusive thoughts then add their own, you are lucky. I know I am. @soyaidmac, always learning with you!
