@konitombeats - Restless EP - Available now on @bandcamp https://konitombeats.bandcamp.com/album/restless-ep by @jim.kyb

Halloween season is upon us, and this dark and mysterious new EP from emerging producer Konitom Beats is setting the mood just right. 😈

Opening the set is title track “Restless”: a devilishly dark slice of acid-laced techno. The track is led by a dirty electro synth, paired with a beating kick drum and raw, slapping 80s style snare that work together like an industrial machine. The system comes fully to life with the addition of a snarling 303 line in the second half, emerging from the murky depths to pull you under.

Track 2 “Mindlock Pending” ramps the tension even further up with quivering arpeggios and ghostly vocal pads, held tightly together with a crisp, minimal beat. Both tracks come with excellent remixes by KYB and Son Of Abe, each pushing up the tempo and sparking new energy into their source material.

Another immaculate release from the ever-dependable Clockhouse Records, that’s made for the witching hour. 🕰️👻 Grab it on @bandcamp if you dare. by @jim.kyb
