🌲✨ Back from stillness and stars — and the kind of quiet that resets your soul.

Sun-kissed and soul-fed.
Grateful and grounded.

We unplugged.
And in doing so, we reconnected — with the Earth, with each other, with ourselves.

No signal. No scrolling.
Just time.

Time to hike and swim, roast marshmallows, and stare at the stars.
Time to remember what matters most: connection.

It wasn’t a vacation from life —
It was a return to life.
To what truly matters.

There’s something sacred that happens when you intentionally retreat —
especially when the Moon moves through your 12th house and your spirit is asking for space.

As a Pisces Moon with a loaded 12th house, I’ve learned that solitude and quiet aren’t luxuries — they’re necessities.
Space to feel. To flow. To listen.

I’ve learned the power of stepping back, of letting the noise fall away —
so I can hear what’s true.

I’ve learned to move with the Moon.
To rest when it passes through my 12th house.
To honor the rhythm of my soul — the inward tides, as sacred as the outward ones.

Because there is magic in syncing with your cosmic tides.
Healing in giving yourself space to breathe.

The world is still intense. My Pisces heart still aches for it all.
And also — I’m here. Alive.
Creating this life with people I love.
Not perfectly, but fully. With presence. With purpose.
With so much gratitude.

And the deepest gratitude of all?
Knowing that when you come home…
you come back changed — softened, steadied, renewed.

✨

You don’t always have to push.
It’s okay to pause.
It’s okay to just be. by @jinnifermurphy

🌲The forest is calling, and I must go ✨
It’s time to unplug and reconnect — with nature, with stillness, with soul.

I’ll be off-grid from July 1–8, resting, restoring, and listening to the wind in the trees. No Wi-Fi. No inbox. Just magic, moss, and moonlight.

🌙 My calendar is still open for July bookings — I’ll respond to messages when I return.

See you on the flipside ✌️
With love, magic, and a pocket full of pinecones,
Jinn

Meet our new fur baby Otis!
He is just about 3 months old, so that means he was born right in the middle of Libra season (right around Devon’s and my Anniversary) - and he is such a Libra - so cute and charming and social and smart! And such a good fit for us, with my Libra cluster and James’s Libra rising.
When we went looking for a kitten, I told James that personality and finding a good fit were the most important things, and that the kitten would pick him, just as much as he would pick the kitten. And boy did Otis pick James, and all three of us. Perked right up and mewed and purred as soon and we picked him up. And we all knew, and we are all thrilled. It made so much sense to me when I figured out his birthday 😉
Getting the kitten for James reminded me of the puppy I got when I was young, and who was a Sagittarius, the same sign as my rising, who was such a perfect dog when I was growing up, and such a Sagittarius! 🤣🤣

Do you know your pets sun sign? Have you noticed particular personality traits that correlate to their sun sign? by @jinnifermurphy

We had such a wonderful time at our friend’s cabin in Pinecrest for James’s first trip to the snow! I am so grateful for the time we were able to spend together as a family, and unplug from the rest of the world.

A wise woman (my mother) once (okay, more than once) said to me “it’s your life, you say how it goes”. Every time I heard it, or remember it, it’s like a light goes on deep inside my cells. This has guided me, step by baby step by baby step by leap by baby step by step, in all things in life, including my astrological work and counseling. (It’s true for all of us in our life!) So for me, one of the things it means is creating it working that when our kiddo has time off, so do I. It’s interesting to me that the clearer I get in how it’s going to go, the more clearly it goes that way.

The more I support others in taking care of their Self, and working with rather than against themselves, the more I see how to support and care my Self, and am able to do so. With a Sagittarius rising, a loaded 12th house (including my Sun), and a 4th and 5th house Pisces moon, going on an adventure to unplug and escape (in a healthy way) and have fun with my family is such food for my soul and so restorative, and so necessary! And I am grateful that all three of us have strong Pisces, Saj, and cancer energy - our trips are good for all of us! Some advice out there is “create a life you don’t need to escape from” while this has a lot of merit, I will always need a change of pace, and an escape from the rest of the world to stay healthy. I am so excited to return to my work on Monday!

Tell me - Do you know what truly restores and nurtures your soul?

(Hint: look to the combination of your moon and sun signs and houses, and your rising sign! Lemme know if you want assistance in putting it all together 😉🥰)

Happy New Year dear-hearts! I hope your celebrations were as restorative as ours, and that 2025 is the your most magical year yet! by @jinnifermurphy

And vacation mode begins!

We head to the woods and mountains to recharge and reset in this liminal time as one year finishes and the next begins.

If you need me, I’ll respond when as I can after the 6th.

In the mean time, my January calendar is set, and open for bookings after the 6th! Go to the website for details about readings.

Merry happy all the things! Have a fabulous new year celebration, whatever you do. by @jinnifermurphy

Scenes from last night at our Capricorn New Moon Circle.

Thank you to all of the beautiful sisters who joined us !

Capricorn is much more powerful and accomplished when it remembers to play and celebrate!

as we close out 2024 and move into 2025, remember to celebrate all that you’ve done, and been, no matter how big our small, or whether you finished or just made in roads in whatever it is that you’re working on. Even in tough and hard times there are things to celebrate- even if it’s making it through to the other side.

Be gracious and forgive yourself for the ways in which you think you feel short, and for everything you may have done or not done the way that you may have wanted to.

And then create 2025, both ways of being and experiences and your practical tangible goals and actions.

Thank you for a beautiful and magical year, I am grateful for you all, and the contribution you are to my life. May you have a beautiful magical and powerful 2025❣️✨✨ by @jinnifermurphy

Love you witches! And now it's time for some self-care and to disconnect and recharge my empath heart. See ya next week! by @jinnifermurphy

James was exhausted and we had a great time! So thankful that he has tomorrow off! by @jinnifermurphy

Goodbye Lola Princess Lovebug.
We are heartbroken, reeling, and grief stricken, our hearts ache in your absence.
You were the most magical, magnificent, sweetest, friendliest cat that ever cated.
Thank you for finding the perfect sucker for your charm in @livewood86, we are so thrilled that you let him bring you home to us. We instantly fell in love with you as soon as we knew you, as did everyone else.
We are grateful for all the moments we had with you. Thank you for being an angel with James, and thank you for all the magical purrrss.
You were not our cat, you were our furry purr baby, and the most magical familiar a witch could ask for.
My heart aches, and is so grateful to have known you. We will always love you and cherish our time with you. 😻😽 by @jinnifermurphy
