Wow! I started BJJ a year ago and so many things happened during that time. I wanted to highlights a few milestones that pave the way for my own journey and, definitely, personal growth. These days, I was reflecting on how much the BJJ community had brought, not only to me, but to others as well. Practicing other martial arts and sports before that, BJJ is the one I truly encourage anyone to start. Share your meaningful firsts of the year as well! Make us dream 🫶🏻☀️ #BJJ by @jmo.fr
In my career, I’ve met many brilliant people, experts with deep knowledge and great ideas. Yet most of them never reach their full potential. Why? Because ideas don’t move the needle, execution does. The ones who stand out aren’t just thinkers; they’re doers. Spoiler alert: it’s not about motivation, it’s about discipline. — ELATE.  Execution, Leadership, Accountability, Trust, Empathy. These are the values I bring into everything I do, personally and professionally. 📍Background: Komodo, Indonesia (2018) by @jmo.fr
Belgrade and east Serbia was a blast! 💥 Love meeting these people anywhere on earth. ♥️ by @jmo.fr
Some journeys take you to places you’d never imagined before… I’m super proud to announce my collab with @halfmoon_eu! I pushed through the doors of @infinity_combat 3 years ago to restart kickboxing, and today I’m practically living there, alternating between MMA, Kickboxing, and BJJ. Beyond the sports themselves, I’ve discovered a whole new world with BJJ. You need to live it to understand it. I can only recommend it to everyone, from kids to the elderly! The people, the community, the mindset, and the support system are on another level. This ecosystem, I discovered it at @infinity_combat and now I find it within a brand, @halfmoon_eu : wear cool designs, show a great mindset. Now, enjoy a treat by applying code « JUL10 » at checkout: https://halfmoonwear.com Had a lot of fun capturing these pics with @2a_jjb . The adventure is just beginning… by @jmo.fr
You don’t need a title to lead, and too many with titles still don’t. Most people want to do great things but lack direction. Real leaders see the potential in others and help them express it. You’re not born with your full leadership potential, you grow it. Then, start now. — ELATE. Execution, Leadership, Accountability, Trust, Empathy. These are the values I bring into everything I do, personally and professionally. 📍Background: Mauritius (2022) by @jmo.fr
