POSTS STORIES REELS

Some stories deserve to be heard and remembered🇦🇲

Had the honor of hosting a Q&A for @theresnoplacelikehomemovie, a documentary written, directed, and produced by @dianamadison and several other very talented Armenians. The film gives Artsakh #Armenians the opportunity to tell their own stories of the blockade, displacement, loss and ultimately, what it means to call a place home.

Grateful to have been part of this conversation and to help amplify these voices. ❤️ Thank you so very much for including me!

a very merry christmas!!!

thank you so very much @rebeccamerlino for capturing these! love love love🤍 by @jmsarkissian

After my second son was born, I worked my butt off to get strong and healthy for my two little boys. So when I found out we were expecting baby boy #3, I was determined to keep showing up for myself and not lose the hard work I had put in just because I was pregnant.

And we did just that.💪🏾

As my pregnancy progressed, the workouts changed, modifications were made, and after a little scare, even the weights had to go. But we found ways to keep moving and stay active, safely, every step of the way.

I’m so grateful for @lesliepoetschlag, who has gone above and beyond to help me stay strong throughout this pregnancy. From adjusting workouts to accommodate every stage, to letting me bring johnnie boy along when that was what it took to get a workout in… she’s been so much more than a trainer.💙

Pregnancy looks different for everyone, but I’m proud of myself for staying committed to my health and so thankful I didn’t have to do it alone. Thank you Leslie!💙

little moments filling my cup lately🤍 by @jmsarkissian

90 wonderful years, a lifetime of beautiful memories, and a family filled with so much love for one very special woman.🩷

The sweetest part of celebrating my grandma’s 90th was hearing everyone put into words what we all know to be true… she is one of the kindest, most genuine people you could ever meet. And apparently, if you have something bad to say about her, the problem isn’t Grandma. In fact, that says more about you than it does about her.

The love at her party said everything. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made it happen to be there… my grandma so appreciated it. What a beautiful life, what a beautiful legacy, and what a gift to celebrate 90 years of her.🩷What a blessing it is to call her ours! Happy 90th, Barb. We love you! @gasparianbarbara

when your doctor says it could be any day now…🤰🏽💙 @drlisakaramardian

I’m more of a minimalist when it comes to packing for the hospital. You really don’t need much. the hospital supplies a lot, but I added a few things this time like some healthy snacks @moshlife and a nerf gun, which I know will come in handy! @mikey_kan 😉

Am I forgetting anything?
