POSTS STORIES REELS

What a night!! 💙🖤

After months of writing, producing, planning, praying, and pushing through every challenge imaginable, seeing Pay Attention on the big screen surrounded by so many incredible people was a moment I’ll never forget.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, shared, encouraged, and believed in this project. This film was created to raise awareness and remind us all to stay vigilant in protecting our children and communities.

To see the audience’s reactions, hear the feedback, and witness the impact firsthand was truly overwhelming.

This is more than a movie. It’s a movement.

To the cast, crew, and everyone working behind the scenes, thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, and belief in this project. Every contribution mattered, and this moment would not have been possible without you. Thank you for never letting me give up, even during the moments when the road felt impossible.

CLEVELAND, thank you for helping shape the woman, storyteller, and advocate I am today. Thank you for SHOWING UP!!!

ATLANTA, thank you for embracing the vision and filling the room.

The journey is just beginning. 🎬✨

S/O to my sis @iamchristystcyr for this amazing video and amazing content!! 🖤🫶🏼💙

Today was a reminder that purpose will always create opportunities.

I had the honor of sitting down with Faith Jessie at 11Alive to discuss my film, Pay Attention, and the important conversations surrounding human trafficking awareness. What started as an idea and a vision has grown into a movement fueled by advocacy and storytelling.

As the writer, producer, and actress behind this project, I am incredibly grateful for every person who has supported this journey. This film is bigger than entertainment—it’s about raising awareness, encouraging vigilance, and inspiring action within our communities.

Thank you to 11Alive for providing a platform to amplify this message.

Atlanta, are you ready?

Some stories are written… and some are lived. 🎬✨ As the writer and producer of Pay Attention, I poured my heart into creating a story designed to open eyes, spark conversations, and bring awareness to a reality that too often goes unseen. This journey became even more meaningful as I also stepped in front of the camera to portray Olivia, bringing a piece of my passion and purpose to the screen in a completely different way.

From writing the vision to becoming part of the story itself, this project has been one of faith, passion, and purpose. This isn’t just a movie premiere. It’s a movement. And I’m honored to invite you into the world of Pay Attention.

— Janae Black | Writer. Producer. Actress. Advocate.
As Olivia… I hope you’re paying attention. 🖤

This is more than an event… this is a call to ACTION . We must wake up, speak up, and stand up.

Human trafficking is not just something that happens “out there.” It’s happening in our cities, in our neighborhoods, and to people who look just like us. And silence is no longer an option.

On June 6th, we are coming together to bring truth to the surface, to educate, to empower, and to be a voice for those who feel like they don’t have one.

“Pay Attention” exposes the dangerous truth that many of us ignore ! Human trafficking is happening right under our noses .

✨ Uniting voices. Breaking silence. Restoring lives.
Because together… we can be part of the solution.
