Struggling to switch off lately?

Full Moon Integration offers 90 minutes to slow down, receive and reflect through guided meditation, body-mind connection, and sound.

Led by a therapist with MA in psychology, each experience moves with the natural rhythm of the moon and changing seasons. This November, we give ourselves time to understand what we’ve been through before rushing into what’s next.

Guests have called it “best in Amsterdam” and “exactly what I’ve been looking for.” The last ceremonies sold out.

November 24 · 19:00–20:30

Rooted in neurowellness, grounded & deeply human. Book through the link in bio.

You probably don’t need another space that simply helps you understand yourself better.

You want to notice something actually changing. How you respond under pressure. How quickly you come back to yourself. How much space you have in your head when Monday comes around.

These are some of the words from people who have experienced my work, and perhaps the best way to understand what it feels like before experiencing it yourself.

November through a numerology lens 🍂

Yesterday’s Full Moon Integration in Amsterdam felt just as special to me as it did to so many of you.

A guided journey exploring the connection between body and mind, with space to notice what we’re holding and what we might be ready to let go of.

Thank you to everyone who joined, and for the feedback you shared afterwards. From returning guests calling it “the best in Amsterdam” to new faces saying “this is exactly what I’ve been looking for,” your words mean so much to me.

People arrived with different needs, and hearing that each of you found something you needed reminded me of why I do this work. 🤍

We can make information and tools available to more people, but being met by another person with care and attention to who you are, is an experience that cannot be scaled in the same way.

A few questions to reflect on this weekend. Give yourself time to notice what comes up, without needing to resolve everything straight away. by @joanna.n.thomas

You will live. Because being human was never about having everything figured out. ❤️‍🩹
