Not ready to commit to a full makeover? Totally fine! My 90-minute consultations are designed to give you just what you need: answers, direction, and clarity, no strings attached.

We can talk paint colors, furniture size, layout puzzles, accessories, or how to prep for a renovation.

And if you need more help after that, I’m here for that, too. Just let me get my glasses on 👓

DM to get started! Booking thru July, then peacing out for the summer✌️

Hiya! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done this (if ever?) so no better time than now.

First of all, thanks a ton for following along on my “make it up as I go along” business journey-it’s really been a blast getting to know you all. This almost-empty nester truly appreciates the support—and distraction from the quieter house.

While I generally joke around a lot, I take being invited into your homes very seriously. It’s a privilege.

Making spaces functional & fun without spending loads is literally my happy place; so whether you’re here because you feel the same OR you can’t be bothered & are seeking some inspo, I’m grateful for the follow & look forward to zhuzhing together!

Totally legit question-and one I get asked often, even by industry people!

Basically, I’m here to help you decorate with style and strategy — without the overwhelm. No overthinking, decision fatigue or indecision allowed.

Think: expert guidance, a solid plan, and total flexibility to do things your way. Kind of like a little decorating buddy, nudging you along the way.

Swipe through to see how it all works — and DM me if you’re ready to get started! Let’s zhuzh together✌️

Didn’t have any reason to visit other than we needed a little Ithaca fix. When you clock over 20 weekends a year in a place, it kind of gets in your blood.

Had a chance to visit my favorite vintage store in the land @foundinithaca—stay tuned for another episode of “What I Bought & How I Styled It.”

When an OG client texts “can I get away with this?” and “this” is a leopard runner…I think we already know the answer. Swipe for confirmation.

This always makes my day🐆

Another no-spend bookcase refresh in the books. Love when you guys let me do this with your stuff!

With a little help from my client’s in-house designer (aka her son), we all agreed that this beautiful runner was the step up these stairs needed.

Another bang-up job by my buddies at Norman Carpet.

Shop your house. Move things around. Edit. Zhuzh. Repeat. A refresh doesn’t have to require a shopping trip…especially if Oasis ‘27 has temporarily emptied your account.

A beautiful, light-filled corner apartment. An extensive, eclectic (in the very best way) art collection. And otherwise…pretty much a blank slate.

This project with my empty nesters unfolded over six months—two onsite visits, a few Zooms and plenty of emails. No HGTV-style whirlwind makeover or big-reveal dopamine hit. Instead, we took our time, made decisions thoughtfully and let the rooms come together piece by piece. Isn’t that how most homes are created?

Together, we turned a beautiful-but-stark box into a warm, layered home filled with pieces that feel collected rather than “decorated”—and surrounded my clients with the art and objects they’ve gathered over a lifetime.

Six months, lots of collaboration and no dramatic reveal day required. This one was incredibly satisfying—and definitely a project that will stay with me. ❤️

Out of Office to visit our SENIOR(!?!) 🦬 by @jodiwarrendesigns

NYC field trip 🗽Kips Bay Decorator Show House with a friend, a spin through the Affordable Art Fair, then rooftop drinks in Chelsea with our crew. Design inspiration, art, cocktails—basically a dream day.

Favorite moments from Kips Bay included studying the top tier vignettes, expert pattern mixing, cheetah tile (you will be mine someday) and learning about the insane 2-month turnaround time from the charming and exhausted designers.

The Affordable Art Fair will be a permanent fixture on my fall schedule now. While nothing came home with me this year, I’ve got my eye on new to me artists and planning for a future visit.

A design-drenched and inspiring day all day all around! @megwalker1225 @202stu by @jodiwarrendesigns
