🌵DESERT BOY - EP : Out now on all streaming platforms.

🎧 Hit the link in my bio to listen.

I started this project with $0 in my pocket… and a heart full of pain.
No budget. No plan. Just a promise to myself: finish, no matter what.

I’ve been making music since I was 19. But I let alcohol, self-doubt, and procrastination block my path for too long.

At 30, I had a hard talk with myself:
“If you died tomorrow… what would you leave behind?”
The truth hurt. I had talent—but no legacy.

So I made a vow: Create something that will outlive me.

This EP is more than music. It’s my healing.
It’s me breaking generational curses.
It’s a message to my son—and anyone struggling—
You can overcome anything. You are not your past.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this dream real.
Your support means more than you know.

📖 I recently had my son start reading his first personal development book.

I started him with a personal favorite of mine, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.

I felt like it was a great place to start because so many of us are programmed from a young age to develop negative beliefs around money. Those beliefs can ultimately limit what we believe is possible for ourselves and, in turn, what we create as we get older.

I don’t want my kids to struggle financially.

I want them to grow up understanding money, thinking bigger, creating value, and knowing that they are capable of building a life on their own terms.

My goal isn’t just to leave my kids money.

It’s to leave them with the mindset and tools to create it themselves.

Day 100/100 ✅

100 days ago I challenged myself to run a 5K or more every single day for the next 100 days.

I decided to do this challenge while I was at the World Cup with my son. I got a very clear message that felt like it was from a divine source that told me if I could commit to running for 100 days and not drink alcohol, my life would radically change.

When I started this challenge, I was working a full-time job and sometimes I would get home late at night and I would have to run at 11 PM and then wake up early the next morning. The only thing that kept me going was feeling that connection to the message that I got from what I believe was God.

I had gotten to a point in my life where I felt so sick of where I was at mentally spiritually, and financially that I needed to make a change.

This challenge has completely changed my life and it has allowed me to quit my job and go back into real estate full-time as well as align many other beautiful things in my life.

I will forever be grateful for this challenge in the lessons I have learned along the way. As a matter of fact, my life has radically changed so much that I would like to see what it would look like in another hundred days where will I be mentally physically spiritually and financially if I can commit to 100 more days of running?

Not only does this mark the completion of 100 days but it also marks the beginning of my 200 day challenge stick around to see if I make it.

Thank you to everyone that supported me along this journey.

☎️ Back to the Basics

I’m going back to what built my business in the first place: cold calling.

Cold calling expired and canceled listings changed my life. It gave me the foundation to build a business, travel, and live life on my terms.

A few years ago, I went through some major business hardships that forced me to step away from real estate and do it part-time.

Every time I tried to come back, the problem was the same: I didn’t have enough time to consistently prospect.

After a lot of reflection, I realized rebuilding isn’t about finding a new secret strategy.

It’s about mastering the basics:

1. Time Management — Prioritize what matters. My goal is 14 hours of prospecting per week.

2. Focus — Unfocused work creates the illusion of productivity. When I work, I’m going to WORK.

3. Consistency — Even 30 minutes matters. Small pockets of time add up when you do it every day.

4. Practice — Get better at the skill so every minute on the phone becomes more productive.

Today, I committed to cold calling again. I only had 30 minutes, but I wanted my son to capture the moment so I could look back on it years from now.

The goal: take and close 4 listings by January 1, 2027.

I’m documenting the journey to show you, and more importantly, myself-what’s possible when you go back to the basics.

✅ Day 57/100: 5K Challenge

Day 57 reminded me why I believe running can be such a powerful tool for manifestation.

I believe feeling good is a huge part of creating the life you want. When I run, I get into this elevated state where I can clearly visualize my goals and, more importantly, actually feel what it would be like to have them.

The runner’s high puts me into a completely different mental state. It feels like I’m able to focus my mind on what I want and notice opportunities that I might have overlooked before.

Every run seems to change something in my life. I think differently. I act differently. I notice different opportunities. And somehow, it feels like the world starts responding differently too.

Maybe the magic isn’t just in the running. Maybe it’s in who I become after I run.

Day 57 is complete.

✅ Day 56/100: 5K Challenge

Day 56 gave me a crazy thought during my run today.

What happens when this challenge ends?

I started wondering if I’ll go back to my old habits. Will I stop running consistently? Will I go back to drinking? Will I slowly become the person I was before this challenge?

Because the truth is, I’ve changed so much in just two months. I don’t want to go backward.

I actually did this challenge once before in 2019, but I’ve never known anyone who has run every single day for an entire year.

So now I’m wondering… what would happen if I ran 3.2 miles every single day for a full year?

What would my life look like? What would my physique look like? How would my relationships change? What would happen to my business and my finances?

I’m not committing to a year yet. I still have to make it to Day 100.

But the thought is definitely on my mind.

✅ Day 55/100: 5K Challenge

I’m back.

It’s been 19 days since I posted a video, but one thing never stopped: I kept running every single day.

A lot of people actually started asking me where my videos were, which made me realize I needed to get back to documenting the journey. So from today forward, I’m committing to posting every single day for the rest of this challenge.

I also realized something that hit me hard. 55 out of 100 would be an F in school. And honestly, I don’t want to approach anything in my life with an F mentality.

If I want greatness, I need total dedication, discipline, and commitment. Not just when I feel motivated, but every single day.

I’m back. I’m locked in. Now let’s see if I can make it all the way to 100.

✅ Day 36/100: 5K Challenge

Day 36 reminded me that the discipline I’m building on these runs shows up everywhere else in my life.

Running a 5K every day has made me better at pushing through when I don’t feel like doing something. The same mindset that gets me through a run is the mindset that helps me stay focused at work.

Recently, I was exhausted and wanted to call it a day, but instead I stayed, kept working, and ended up closing a big sale that moved me into second place in my store.

That’s why I believe this challenge is increasing my income. It’s not because running magically makes more money. It’s because discipline carries over into everything I do.

Day 36 is complete.

✅ Day 35/100: 5K Challenge

Day 35 reminded me that discipline pays far beyond fitness.

People ask me why I run a 5K every single day, and the answer is simple. Every time I run when I don’t feel like it, I’m training myself to do hard things anyway.

That same discipline carries over into my work. It helps me make the calls, follow up with customers, and stay consistent even when motivation isn’t there. The more disciplined I become, the more value I create, and the more my income grows.

This challenge isn’t just building a stronger body. It’s building a stronger mindset that affects every area of my life.

✅ Day 34/100: 5K Challenge

Day 34 reminded me that the way you do one thing is the way you do everything.

I’ve been consistent with my runs, but I’ve been falling behind on posting these videos. At first, it didn’t seem like a big deal, but I realized that letting little things slide can eventually spill over into other areas of life.

If I want to become the person I’m striving to be, I need to be consistent in every part of the process, not just the parts I enjoy.

So today, I’m making a commitment to stay locked in. Not just with running, but with sharing the journey as well. Discipline isn’t just about finishing the run. It’s about following through on everything you said you were going to do.

Day 34 is complete.
