🔥 Kai was able to lose 20+ lbs and 4 jeans sizes in only 24 weeks 🔥

Kai came to me very much overweight, lacking confidence, and without a consistent workout program. He knew he had to eat properly and have a workout plan, but he didn’t know exactly how much to eat or how to structure his workouts.

❌ Kai would eat well for a day or two and then go back to overeating
❌ He had no motivation hitting his workouts and got complacent with how he looked
❌ He was in denial that he was gaining weight and because he was always athletic, he was in denial that he would ever get big and out of shape

When Kai and I started working together, the first thing I did was got him to eat a set number of calories and focus on lifting. We also started incorporating a daily step goal to avoid hour long cardio sessions and he started to see real changes. The inches on his waist started dropping off, he was getting stronger on all his workouts, he started to feel more energetic, and his newfound confidence motivated him to continue crushing it in my program.

✅ Kai has lost 20+ pounds and 4 jeans sizes which have made all his clothes fit much better on him
✅ His body composition (fat vs. muscle) has changed tremendously and his shoulders and back are wide on top and his waist has slimmed down giving him that muscular physique
✅ Kai is more motivated than ever to continue his journey and establish this as a lifestyle – he has transitioned to the calisthenics style of training and I have no doubt that he will continue to crush it

So proud of Kai and the progress he has made.

➡️ I am currently looking for 2 men who want to go through a transformation like we were able to put Kai through in his own fitness journey. If you want lose weight while eating your favorite foods, doing less cardio, and getting stronger comment “I’m ready” below and I’ll shoot you a DM!

F*CK What Everybody Else Thinks 🖕🏼

I have my CPA certification. I have worked in a bulge bracket bank for a year. I have worked in a tax office for 2 years. I have worked as a project manager for 2 years.

What would people think if I left all that to do online fitness coaching?

This is what was going through mind when I first decided that I wanted to coach online.

What will he say or she say or they say?

They will think I’m stupid for getting all that education and then pursuing online coaching.

They will make fun of me for posting pictures with long captions constantly.

This was all my ego talking.

I always said I didn’t care what people thought, but in reality my thoughts and actions showed that I was afraid of people’s judgement.

I remember sitting and thinking to myself: What is stopping me from actually pursuing online fitness coaching full time?

And in reality the answer was only myself: My ego, my fear of what other people would say, and my fear of that judgement.

Well, on that day I decided F*CK what everybody else thinks.

Who are they to dictate what and how I do what I do…NOBODY.

🔑 You might be in a position right now where you’re scared to take the first step towards getting your body in the shape you want it to be.

🔑 You’re scared of the judgement you may face or scared of what other people will say.

I’m here to tell you F*CK what everybody thinks and says about you❗️

🔑 You write your own story and nobody has the right to have any negative impacts on that.

So take a moment to yourself and think about what is stopping you from achieving your goals…the answer is you.

Once you understand that and get over that hurdle, then you will have taken the first step in your fitness journey and in developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that you can be proud of. #motivation by @joemirofit

The goal is to make it look effortless 🫡

Every workout. Every set. Every rep. They all come together with the single goal of setting the highest standard possible.

Explosive plyometrics mixed with heavy squats - make sure your leg training is versatile and full ROM and functionality are a priority.

Heavy RDL’s to build up the glute/hamstring connection and strength. Focus on a slow eccentric and a controlled explosive concentric!

Weighted high box step ups are great for strengthening the hip flexors and glutes. The grounded foot should make minimal contact and should provide minimal help (on the push off)

Fellas, target your glutes and let your posterior chain fire with hip thrusts. Trust me, it serves 2 very important purposes. First, it’ll help prevent injuries which are very common in athletes due to a weak posterior chain. Second, it’ll keep your girl happy. by @joemirofit

100 pushups without getting off the bar!

The last time I did this was in 2023 and again, this is all with a torn wrist.

This was part of a test week I did last week to check my progress.

Based on the results, I’ve updated my next 6 week program and have already started it.

32 pulls in the books 🫡

Finished 6 weeks of a program that I wrote for myself and could not be happier with the results.

Just finished scaling the next 6 weeks and am very excited to see the results that come with it 💪🏼

Your back is more than just lats.

Rear delts and upper back are what give it that complete, 3D look.

Face pulls: 3 × 20. Control the weight. Build the details. by @joemirofit

70 dips unbroken 🫡

This is my all-time PR and the last time I reached this was when I was training under @saibov in 2023.

Feels amazing to have reached this number again, especially with a torn wrist, and I’m very excited to see the numbers continue to improve.

BUILD A BODY THAT LOOKS LIKE IT CAN DO SOMETHING.

Strong enough to move weight.

Explosive enough to move yourself.

Athletic enough to actually use it.

I don’t train only for the physique.

I train for performance and let the physique come with it. by @joemirofit
