John’s drive comes from wanting to discover how far he can go. He pushes past his limits to become the best fighter he can be, show his son what he’s capable of, and leave his mark on the sport.

He uses criticism as motivation, taking what he can learn from both positive and negative feedback. He puts that into his training and lets his performances speak for themselves.

Fighting has taught him the importance of discipline, sacrifice, and heart. Behind every fight night are hard days, setbacks, and hours of work that people never see. He wants others to understand the commitment it takes to keep going through those moments.

Being a professional Bare knuckle boxer is already hard enough,
Training, keeping on top of nutrition, working your day job and juggling a life with family as well we’ll never mind all the external bullshit like contracts, making sure you get the opportunities you deserve and making sure your paid your worth in with these opportunities😵‍💫

Having a management company like @no_nonsense_sports_mgt who take the weight from your shoulders onto theirs is a game changer and in my opinion a no brainer👊🔥

My work is always private & confidential but when a client mentions you publicly it’s always good.

When a fighter client gives you a shout out on a podcast we’re fuckin sharing that! 😅🧠🙌

And when @johnhamiltonbkb goes out and walks through a first round stoppage on a massive platform after we’ve done some work then I’ll share and shout about that.
👊🏽🩸

Told you all before, the 🧠 can be your hardest opponent. Get it in your corner and not in the opposite one.

DM me and we’ll get to work. 🧠🥊

Following a successful victory at BKB60 last weekend, The Juggernaut reflects on his journey so far — from weighing 32 stone just two years ago to fighting his way up the heavyweight ranks.

What actually happens on weigh-in day 🥵⚖️

Hot baths, checking the scales every five minutes, wrapped up like the Tin Man and getting every last bit of weight off 😂

It’s a brutal process, but the boys got it done. Then it was straight onto the food and fluids before switching focus to fight night 👊🏼🔥

The side of fight week most people never see.
