@kinrgy: I teach KINRGY Rhythm
Offerings: Weekly Zoom classes and 1:1 sessions.

POSTS STORIES REELS

Greetings @kinrgy family!! For those who don’t know me, my name is Johnny Anderson. I’ve been a member of KINRGY since 2022 and have made the transition into a Guide over the course of 2026.

To me, movement is a form of storytelling where we get to create a world and the characters that exist within it. KINRGY has shown me that accessing our expression and playfulness helps us connect to the protagonist inside. I pass this on to my students so they can become their own storyteller.

Some fun facts about me:
* My primary element is Water 🌊
* I am from Canada 🇨🇦
* My introduction to movement was through taekwondo when I was younger. I did it for 12 years and finished as a third-degree black belt
* My hobbies include drawing, cooking, yoga, and playing video games.
* I’m a huge film and television buff.

I teach KINRGY Rhythm virtually on Zoom every Saturday. I also offer 1:1 Rhythm classes. Let’s move together. by @johnny_anderson87

Come start your day with a KINRGY Rhythm class taught by me, Guide Johnny. Here are my current offerings:

• KINRGY Rhythm (Live Class): Saturdays at 10:30am via Zoom.
• 1:1 KINRGY Rhythm: You pick the date, time, and class length, and I’ll get your session booked.
• KINRGY Pop-Up Series: Monthly virtual Rhythm Classes by @johnny_anderson87
