Anyways… I GOT THE OFFER ACCEPTED FOR MY INVESTOR! 🏡📈🔥

That’s the kind of phone call we like to get.

Finding the opportunity is one thing.
Getting the offer accepted is another.

Now it’s time to execute, run the numbers, and turn a good opportunity into a great investment.

Investors: stop waiting for the perfect deal. Learn how to find them, analyze them, and make the right offer.

🔑 THIS ONE MEANS A LOT TO ME.

Today, I got to hand the keys to a family of 5 who took a chance on themselves and made the transition from renting to owning. ❤️🏡

Their 3 kids now have a big backyard to run around in, their dog has space to enjoy, and they no longer have to spend part of their day driving around looking for parking.

They have their own garage. Their own backyard. Their own home.

But what makes this closing even more special is that they didn’t just buy a home — they bought an opportunity.

They’ll live in one unit and rent out the others, creating an opportunity for rental income while building equity in an asset they own.

And we made sure to negotiate a seller credit toward the roof, because protecting my clients doesn’t stop once the offer gets accepted.

Then, somehow, the seller even surprised them with a JACUZZI. 😂♨️

Honestly, watching everything come together so smoothly and seeing their excitement at the closing table was one of those moments that reminds me why I love doing this.

They could have stayed comfortable renting.

Instead, they chose to take the leap.

They chose ownership.
They chose opportunity.
They chose to build something for their family.

And now, every payment isn’t just paying someone else’s mortgage. They’re building toward something of their own.

Congratulations to my clients. ❤️🔑

Thank you for trusting me to be part of such an important chapter in your family’s life.

If you’ve been renting and wondering if homeownership is possible for you, don’t assume you can’t until you actually run the numbers.

Your story could be next.

DM me “OWN” and let’s talk.

The only competition that matters is the person you were yesterday.

Stop comparing yourself to people on Instagram. Compare yourself to your old habits, your old mindset, your old work ethic.

Every day, ask yourself:
• Am I stronger than I was last month?
• Am I learning new skills?
• Am I becoming a better leader?
• Am I growing closer to God?
• Am I building wealth instead of chasing status?

Success isn’t one big moment—it’s thousands of small decisions that compound over time.

Become 1% better every day, and your future self will thank you.

Your greatest competitor has always been the person staring back at you in the mirror.

“Maybe I should just settle for an easy, simple life…” 🤔

Also me 5 seconds later: 😂📈🏡

My real estate brain: Thinking about the next deal, analyzing properties, negotiating offers, building relationships, chasing opportunities, and finding ways to turn real estate into generational wealth.

I guess a simple life was never part of the vision. 😂

I’m not chasing money just to spend it. I’m building something bigger than myself.

The goal: freedom, ownership, and a legacy that outlives me.

There’s nothing like the feeling of finally owning YOUR home. 🏡🔑❤️

No more asking a landlord for permission. No more building someone else’s equity. Just a place to call your own, freedom to make it yours, and the opportunity to build wealth over time.

✨ Stability for your family.
✨ Potential to build equity.
✨ A place to create memories.
✨ An investment in your future.

Homeownership isn’t just about buying a house. It’s about creating a foundation for the life you want.

Stop counting yourself out before you even run the numbers. Your dream home might be closer than you think. 🙏🏽

Everybody wants the dream life… until they experience the price of building it. 💯🔥

Be ready for the long nights, stress, anxiety, sacrifices, setbacks, and moments when you question if it’s all worth it.

You’ll outgrow people, miss opportunities, and face battles nobody sees. But you’ll also discover a version of yourself you never knew existed.

Keep God at the center. Stay disciplined. Trust the process.

The goal isn’t just to build your dream life. It’s to become the person capable of sustaining it. 🙏🏽🏡

I LOST DEALS. I FACED SETBACKS. BUT GOD WASN’T FINISHED WITH MY STORY. 🙏🏽🏡

I lost real estate deals because of tenant issues, made mistakes, and had ambition without the right guidance. I was chasing success but missing two things that changed everything: God at the center of my life and mentors who could guide me.

Once I started putting God first, surrounding myself with the right people, and staying committed to the process, my perspective changed.

Every rejection taught me something. Every setback prepared me for something greater.

If you’re struggling right now, DON’T GIVE UP. Keep learning. Keep working. Keep praying. Keep pushing.

You might think you’re being delayed, but God could be preparing you for what’s ahead.

Trust His timing. His plan is greater than yours. 🙏🏽🔥

🏡 PROPERTY #3 IN NEW YORK. ONE STEP CLOSER TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM. 📈

I interviewed my business partner about how it feels to buy his 3rd rental property in NY, and it’s a reminder that building wealth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one decision at a time.

Every property starts with a decision to take action, learn the game, and think beyond a paycheck.

You don’t have to own 10 properties today. You just have to take the first step toward owning one.

Stop waiting for the perfect time. Start building the future you keep talking about. 🔑

POV: The vision is getting bigger, but we’re still putting in the work. 🏎️🏡📈

Pulling up in a Flying Tesla Roadster to show you a property my partner and I have under contract! 👀🔥

📍 Just ONE BLOCK from the train.
📊 We just completed the appraisal.
🏚️ Now let’s talk about the BEFORE…

This property has potential, and I can’t wait to show you what it looks like after we bring our vision to life.

You see the condition. We see the opportunity. 💰

Follow along because the AFTER is coming soon! 🚀

Generational wealth requires you to break generational patterns. 🏡📈

Sometimes, building a different future means making decisions your family won’t understand, taking risks they’re afraid of, and choosing a path they’ve never seen before.

You might disappoint people today so you can change your family’s tomorrow.

Not everyone will understand your vision. That’s okay. You’re not building just for yourself—you’re building for the generations that come after you. 🙏🏽

The goal isn’t to fit into the old story. It’s to change the ending.

The closing table is exciting — but this moment right here, celebrating with my clients as they get their keys? That’s the real win. 🏠🔑
Real estate was never about houses. It’s about the people who turn them into homes. Super Grateful for every family and investors that trusts me with the biggest move of their lives.
