One thing I’ve learned in business: proximity changes everything.

The conversations you hear…
The people you meet…
The opportunities you gain access to…
Most people will NEVER experience it because they stay around people with small thinking and limited vision.

Tonight I’m surrounded by high-level entrepreneurs, investors, operators, and people moving at a completely different level. And it’s a reminder that access is one of the most valuable forms of currency in the world.

When you get in the right rooms, you stop chasing opportunities — opportunities start finding YOU.

That’s exactly why I built Cinch Business Academy.

Most people think you need massive capital, licenses, or connections to enter the world of commercial lending and business finance. You don’t. What you need is knowledge, strategy, and access to the right network.

Commercial lending is one of the biggest hidden wealth industries in America. Every day businesses need funding for:
🏢 Commercial real estate
🚛 Equipment financing
✈️ Aircraft financing
🏗️ Construction projects
🏨 Hotels & multifamily
🏦 Business acquisitions
💰 Working capital

And brokers are getting paid in the middle without using their own money.

That’s why I teach people how to become dealmakers instead of just workers.

The reality is this:
Your environment either expands your vision or limits your future.

If you keep surrounding yourself with average thinking, average income becomes your ceiling.

But when you intentionally place yourself around people operating at a higher level, your standards, opportunities, and income potential begin to change.

This isn’t about clout.
This is about proximity to power, knowledge, and opportunity.

The rooms you enter today can change your entire financial future tomorrow.

Cinch Business Academy was created to help everyday people gain access to industries and opportunities most people never even hear about.

Get in the room.
Learn the business.
Build relationships.
Change your life.
