Doing splits at the purple disco 🕺In all seriousness, the Cossack Squat is another excellent example of an exercise that builds strength and mobility- in this case strength in the adductors, glutes and quads while unlocking hip mobility. Just because it seems unfamiliar doesn’t mean you should avoid it, start doing them today and watch the transformation unfold 🫶🏻💪🏻 #cossacks #purpledisco #substitutions #dadbod #growththroughchallenge by @jonbaba23
Noticed progressive strength and mobility gains when going full ROM on all my heavy lifts, no belt or sleeves needed- ass to grass is the way! 💪🏻 by @jonbaba23
Realized a while ago that getting older doesn’t have to be a progressive steep decline with every passing year. In fact, our best very well may be in front of us-all you need to do is commit to improvement and throw the excuses in the 🗑️. Don’t regret what could’ve been, you can do it!! 💪🏻🫶🏻 by @jonbaba23
No matter your fitness level, there’s a sled regression for you. Time to go beast mode 💪🏼 by @jonbaba23
Hanging out with my only competition 💪🏼#mevsme #muscleups #explosiveness #dadbod #growththroughchallenge by @jonbaba23
Ever tried a Nordic Curl? Most world class athletes can’t do these..then again most also don’t have two little boys that need to be led by example. If you have kids, show them that life is boundless if you put in the work and discipline. It also doesn’t hurt when they know pops is a badass 😉💪🏼 #fitdad #nordics #mytherapy #noexcuses #setthetone #atg #kot #dadbod by @jonbaba23
Nothing hits harder than a heavy sled..the good news is there’s very little injury risk since if it’s too heavy it just won’t move. Let’s all keep on pushing..and pulling 💪🏽#Lovelegs #ATG #totalbalance by @jonbaba23
The goal is to improve with every passing year..even if just a little💪🏽🙏🏼 #31yearsyoung #gettingstronger #zerosupplements #keepingbalanced #25plate #comingfor45 by @jonbaba23
From having long term knee pain caused by cartilage breakdown to doing arguably the most challenging lower body exercise pain free, the Nordic curl. This one is essential in bulletproofing your hamstrings as well as the ligaments and tendons of the knees. Don’t get discouraged if you need to start with a regressed version, health and well being are a marathon, not a sprint 🙏🏼 #ATG #Densestrength #Nordics #KOT #rebuildingfromthegroundup by @jonbaba23
