POSTS STORIES REELS

Nine years old today, and already learning lessons that go far beyond football.

Your journey at Ajax Youth Academy has shown us what dedication looks like at a young age. Every training session, every touch of the ball, every coach’s feedback, every win and every setback is helping you understand what it takes to grow and master your craft.
We are proud of your progress, but even more proud of your character. Keep working hard, enjoy the game, be curious and stay grateful.

Your 🇬🇭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇳🇱 roots, comes with a powerful story of family, culture and possibilities. Never forget where you come from, and never take for granted the opportunities in front of you.

Happy 9th birthday, son. The journey is yours, but the love and support from the AmpomaGang will always be there. ⚽️🙏🏾❤️

Playing against my granddad Ned’s favorite team, Newcastle United, was special. I hope he watched from above and is proud. RIP ❤️⚽️

Earlier today I was in the lab together with @tyrone_kodom and Trainer Prince @pno.pt. Working on our skills. Love for the game. ⚽️ #AthleteInTheMaking ❌❌❌ 💪🏿 by @jones.ampoma

Thanks to all my Academy trainers, my skills development trainers and teammates for pushing me every training session. 🙏🏿 Looking forward to a great 2026/2027 season. 🇬🇭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇳🇱 by @jones.ampoma

U10 weekend activities with my cousin Otis Kofi 🙏🏿 and Mr Fred Grim on site. Good team performance and good learnings. ❌❌❌ by @jones.ampoma

Malinwa Cup 2026 was another great experience with the U10 squad. Although we didn’t like how the group fase ended. We won the Conference League phase playing much better. Something to build on. Oh yeah, can you believe I got my first ever yellow card. 🙈❌❌❌ Blessed 🙏🏿 by @jones.ampoma

Weekend Vibes with the U10 squad. ❌❌❌ It was an honor to lead the team during the match. 🙏🏿 Great team performance with good learning moments. Next FC27 🎮 😉 by @jones.ampoma

A great experience with the U11 squad. Always learning and always improving. ❌❌❌🙏🏿 by @jones.ampoma

I meet @iamziyaadzizi way back at the @elite.group.amsterdam when I was 5 years old and we were developing our skills and talents on the pitch. Then we both were scouted and admitted to the @afcajax youth academy with the U8 squad. From connecting in London to train with @coachedbymatteo or in Barcelona to hang out in the city. Zizi is a teammate I enjoy being around. Blessed to know someone like him. #ForTheFuture ❌❌❌ by @jones.ampoma

Through the 2025/2026 season lens 📸 with the U9 Ajax Youth Academy squad. From my pre season workout to winning and losing tournements. I got to play at one of the biggest stage at Europoussins_officiel 🇫🇷. Learned so much that I will carry over to the next season with the U10 squad. Charging my🔋🔋🔋 in Japan 🇯🇵. I will be getting into the lab soon. 😉 ❌❌❌ by @jones.ampoma
