I was beyond honoured and blown away when Chester Thompson and Tommy Sims walked into my Worship Drummer Meetup last night.

To put it into perspective, picture a couple of All-Star players walking into your sport meetup.

God can blow your mind away! 🤯

Grateful for @javsmusic and his @temponashville crew for being excellent and gracious! 💯

🥁POV: a 60-second glimpse into the thoughts of a worship drummer. ☺️

BTW, things like this should not push us away from wanting to serve/play. We grow, we learn, we get better together.

P.S. I’m still wondering what actually happened with the click 🤷🏻

While in Uganda, we had the opportunity to record this worship moment for a music video of a new song called Brave! @bradandrebekah and @baily.hager crushed it on vocals and the whole crew did a phenomenal job!

This song quickly became an anthem on our trip and when it is released, I know God will use it to touch many!!!

You’re making me brave
I won’t be afraid
I’m a child of God
Safe inside Your arms
You call me Your own
I’m never alone
I’m a child of God
Safe inside Your arms
