I have never doubted you from day 1, I'll always believe in you and be right behind you in everything you do. This weekend you've held your own on a National stage and made me more emotional and prouder than I ever thought I could be. In my eyes you're always number 1. My number 1. I'm in awe of your passion, dedication and commitment to becoming the best. No one sees the shit days, but even when you're driving me around the bend I love you🥹 Keep on keeping on, I'll be right there❤️ by @jonoomorganfit
Ngl still hasn’t sunk in but absolutely buzzing with the result yesterday. The standard of athletes was so damn high genuinely had a lot of doubt going into this show. (Been an absolute stress head allllll week) 6 weeks now to get even better. Lessgooo 🥷 📸 @itsjustjoebphoto by @jonoomorganfit
Not bad for a little 11 week prep 🥷 This show wasn’t part of the initial plan tbf, decided to jump in dust the stage cobwebs off and see how things are looking.. went well tbf 😂 Nabba class 2 winner, overall and pro card secured. DaTA collected, onto the next. I’ll also now only answer to Mr. Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Happy Sunday, five guys pending x by @jonoomorganfit
A few clips from this weeks lower session. A few adjustments to this session moving forward. Hinges are now back in after rinsing the good ol’ booty builder for a while now. Ngl just missed pulling some heavy load. Two sets here now and will escalate load veryyyy slowly. Ideally wanna get the most from the least as I can move 6/7 plates here but will it have the same accuracy as a more controlled set? Prob not. Leg press volume has been split now so 1 set here pressing and 1 set with the hack. The hack will be my penultimate exercise so load will be severely limited, realistically should have a good amount of runway on this before my kneecaps decide to turn to dust, as that’s usually my reason for pulling the hack. First time trialling this session so kept load a little more conservative and nothing to true failure but excited to get stuck in with this now over the coming months! Two from this mornings check in. 5.5 weeks into the growing more muscle phase and it seems to be going well. Scales are stagnant in the sense I’m no heavier. Even though food has been ramped up by over 1000 cals the past couple weeks and Increlex has also been dEplOyEd. However, I’m sharper, fuller and stronger so something is happening under the hood even if the scales say otherwise. Starting to think they’re actually broken at this point and they just read 120kg for fun now. Empag was introduced into the supp stack last week mind which initially pulled off a kg or so of shit water weight off, and the scales have been trending back up ever since so there’s that too. So in theory I have a nice clean, dry base to now push past 120kg. We should hope anyway🤞🏻 Current plan and protocols ⬇️ Training split; Chest, delts & biceps Back & triceps Rest Upper Lower Arms & delts Rest Cardio 20 min 2x PW on rest days Steps 10k daily (4k fasted) TD cals 6,269 374p 60f miles 1,050c RD cals 3,774 360p 85f 400c ⚙️ total 2.5g weekly Slin 30IU basal split AM/PM - 5/10iu rapid pre/post Increlex 1mg pre workout / 5x PW GH 12iu pre bed Motsc 1mg ED SS31 2.5mg ED Slu 25mg ED L Carnitine 1000mg ED KPV 500mcg ED BPC/TB 500mcg ED NAD+ 100mg 5x PW by @jonoomorganfit

Week ✌🏻 of the push up boxed off and sitting at a decent (for me) 120kg. Around 12kg up from prep low 10 weeks ago now and 3kg off my all time heaviest. Objectively the tightest I’ve been from a body comp standpoint at this weight and being only the 2nd week of this phase nothing has truly saturated yet, got a lot of runway to stack of some lean beef. No ‘target’ weight or anything like that just going off the visuals and feel but should easily surpass where I’ve been before considering food is pretty low rn and only just kicking things off really! PCA FIRST TIMERS 5 - Bodybuilding Tall. For those who have known me a while will know how long I’ve wanted to compete and step on stage and how many set backs, hurdles and obstacles have thrown themselves in the way, but there is one thing that I will never do - give up. From being 15 reading muscle and fitness magazines in my bedroom doing crunches and push ups to 27 stepping on stage and bringing a package I am fucking proud of is genuinely the best feeling. There are far too many people to tag and thank for their support during this prep but first and foremost @jonoomorganfit words will not be enough for the believe, guidance and support you’ve given me since we met at Pure during lockdown. Here is to the future and road to super heavyweight. @dylanshayes @rhiaguthrie you two both absolutely killed it today and that alongside helping me keep my head on straight times, couldn’t have asked for better people to share the day with! My dad for being the hero of the last few days, driving me to the Airbnb, to tanning, to the show and just all the support and belief you’ve put in me and guidance you’ve given me my whole life and made me into the man I am today. Thank you. @alphaneontm @theposholiproject and the alphaneon team. You boys are the 🐐 and if you know me, you’ll know how much I rave about the quality of their products, especially PUMPEDTF. Best pump pre on the market. Finally @pca_official for putting on a fantastic show and making my first bodybuilding experience one I will never forget. Here is to the start of the sickest journey. #bodybuilding #pcafirsttimers #bodybuilder #bodybuildingprep by @jonoomorganfit
Lower. Really enjoying the current setup. Few new bits I’ll be running up as long as I can. Standing glute drive feels mega, don’t have a huge amount of runway with this tbf so will just be rep range escalations until it becomes unproductive. I’m considering this more or a chisel compared to the sledgehammer that is a heavy hinge. Which will inevitably go back in at some point but this is a welcomed change. Linear hack feels mint. Happy knees compared to the Cybex which does catch up with me pretty quickly so will see how far I can go here before a change is needed! The look post pull today, 259lbs and climbing 🧗🏻 21lbs up from prep low 2 months ago. Body comp is in a good spot. Foods very manageable, ⚙️ low ☹️☹️☹️. No slin, IGF or any fun stuff yet. Basically driving with the handbrake half cocked right now. Wrapping up the final week of this reverse then it’s party time 🥳 by @jonoomorganfit
A few from pull. Training is absolutely flying atm and i’m feeling pretty strong again now. Deffo took a little longer to get back here which is mainly due to me wanting to hold a leaner setpoint for longer and just being a touch more cautious with loading post prep. The longer you do this the more you realise though there’s no rush. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Where I am now I know I’ve got a lot of runway to progress over the coming months. Running one more week here at baseline then will start cranking things a little harder. Yuppaaaaa.
