Every creator got the same starting point: the @Autodesk “A” logo and how it inspires us to make anything. Here’s what grew out of mine. I built this around the idea of “GROWN,” treating the mark like something excavated instead of drawn, letting raw material grow around the logo without ever touching it. Rendered in Arnold and lit like something pulled out of the wall it was found in. Part of a bigger collective moment with @autodesk, bringing a group of creators together around one shared mark, all with wildly different results. Swipe to see more. #ad by @jordan_motion

This isn’t just a phone — it’s a portal. The new #GalaxyZFold7 is so thin it blends right into your world… until it opens up a whole new one. Created this piece for @samsungmobile as a cinematic take on how the Galaxy unfolds possibilities. Comment #ExploreGalaxy if you want one! #SamsungPartner #samsung #3Dvisual by @jordan_motion
New @plntyapp experiments with its new scene.builder and Rothko. I create a metallic eagle then used scene builder to create some handheld motion shots. Super fun to create. All created in a span of 4 hours. Try out @plntyapp today. #Ai #motion by @jordan_motion
Fun Ai Snake Experiment using @plntyapp. Still an amazing tool for concepting and creating new ideas. Sign up to become a member for @plntyapp. by @jordan_motion
I had some fun using @plntyapp for these shoe concepts. It was a fascinating process of iterating and combining a lot over and over to produce some interesting stuff. Super fun app that makes the creative process feel more integrated with AI. Swipe to the end to see some process. #motiondesign #3D #concepts by @jordan_motion
@Autodesk invited me into a group of creatives to reimagine their logo through my own lens, so I built a world around it instead. #ad This is the process behind "GROWN": lighting and rendering it in Arnold, keeping the Autodesk "A" exactly as it should be while everything around it transforms. Every material test, every lighting pass that didn't make the cut, all part of how this came together. Full piece is live on my page. This is how the world is mine for the making. #MakeAnything by @jordan_motion

Funny enough — the childhood dream of literally being Spider-Man never quite panned out. But the imagination and drive that came from loving this character ended up taking me somewhere I didn’t expect: getting to work creatively with brands like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and others I genuinely never thought I’d touch. Most of the opportunities that have shaped this career came through social media, people finding my work, sharing it, opening doors I couldn’t have opened on my own. So if you’ve ever engaged with, shared, or supported anything I’ve posted, thank you. It genuinely helps bring new eyes and new audiences to what I do, and that’s how this whole thing keeps moving forward. #3dart #motiondesign #spiderman by @jordan_motion
Round two of the Spider-Man R&D, this time chasing dynamic poses. Wanted this batch to feel quick and loose: grabbed a stack of reference, tested a bunch of angles and poses to see what actually reads well in 3D space, and just went with whatever felt fun. More about proving I can hit that sense of momentum? the swing, the drop, the mid-air twist — while keeping my own style intact. Still the same principles under the hood: contrast doing the heavy lifting, composition built to guide your eye through the motion. Just a different muscle this time — dynamic action instead of quiet stillness. Available for work — info@jordanmcbarnett.com #spidermanbrandnewday #spiderman by @jordan_motion
Spiderman has always been my favorite super hero since I could remember. After watching @spidermanmovie Brand New Day twice, I couldn’t resist doing some personal R&D with a CG model of the newest suit. Rendered in Cinema 4D + Redshift, a few frames composited in Photoshop. ➡️ Grabbed a CG model off CGTrader and went to work rigging it myself, hit some snags getting the rig to move right, so I pulled it into Mixamo, exported as FBX, and kept building from there. Composition and lighting are my forte, I can animate too, but this series was about showing where I’m at right now and where I want to proceed. Almost six years into 3D, and I wanted these renders to say I’m at prime. Felt fitting, considering Brand New Day is about Spider-Man in his own prime. Quick shoutout on the buildings — all sourced from @kitbash3d, never modeled by me. Honestly one of my favorite things to spend money on. Having a library of solid assets like these means I get to spend my time where I actually want to be: composition and lighting, not modeling polygons on a rooftop nobody’s going to stare at anyway. Lil me as Spiderman for Halloween (prob 20 years ago) 🕷️ Don’t I look cool af 😎 More coming tomorrow, plus a full behind-the-scenes breakdown soon.
