13 down, 59 to go. 👀📚

@thealexrossart is easily one of the greatest artists of our generation, and I love how much of his work is dedicated to bringing superheroes and villains to life. 🎨🔥

I’ve got 13 of the 72 Timeless covers so far, so yeah… I still have a LONG way to go. 😂📚

But I’ll find them all eventually. The hunt continues. 👀🙌🏻

POV: You survived Day 1 of SDCC 2026. Panels, exclusive pickups, miles of walking, and somehow still wanting to come back tomorrow. 🎟️🔥

Target came through with the latest Pokémon drop. 🎯⚡

Found cards, found merch, and somehow still showed restraint… kinda. 😂

Godzilla Day was yesterday, and with Godzilla Minus Zero hitting theaters this week, it felt like the perfect time to show off this Tyranitar pickup. One monster deserves another! 💥

One of my pickups from this past weekend! 🔥 Had to add this Hisuian Arcanine to the collection. The artwork on this card is just too good.

A few more signatures for the collection! Got to meet some amazing creators at LA Comic Con this weekend and make a few books even more special. Definitely a successful convention! ✍️📚

A little @comicconla pickup that I’ve been waiting to add to my Phantasmal Flames master set. 🔥

I gotta say, the TCG/Gaming side of the con was definitely a good one this year. Plenty of sealed product, lots of singles, and prices that weren’t outrageous. Definitely hope to see more of this at future cons!

31 days. 93 packs. Two final hits. But no Darkrai. Looks like we just weren’t meant to be. 😂🖤

Three more packs standing between me and Darkrai! Unfortunately, Mega Zeraora ex was my only pull today, but I can’t complain too much. All the exclusives, signings, and pickups from day one of L.A. Comic Con definitely made up for the lack of hits. It’s been a pretty great first day! 🙌🏻

Two days left in the chase. Can we finally pull that Darkrai SIR? 👀

Day 29/31

The hits are getting harder to come by, but we’re not giving up yet. I must have saved the best for last!

Shiny Charizard just hits different. 🔥✨

New Comic Book Day Haul! 📚

The big release this week was Absolute Batman 25, marking the end of the first major arc of Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta’s run. The series is taking a short break, with a Barbara Gordon focused 26 expected in January 2027 and the main creative team returning for 27 in February. 🦇

The Clay Mann variant was definitely my chase cover of the day, and I’m glad I had a copy locked in on my pull list! 🙌🏻

I also picked up some back issues, including the Batman/Spawn crossover that I somehow missed when it originally came out, plus another beautiful addition to my Jenny Frison cover collection. And of course, I grabbed a few books I might try to get signed by Scott Snyder this weekend!

What’s your favorite pickup from this week’s haul? 👇🏻
