I can’t believe more people aren’t talking about Rauland yet 🇳🇴⛰️

Ad - @visitrauland

Even after years of exploring Norway, Rauland still feels like one of those hidden gems that’s somehow stayed under the radar.

If you’re planning a trip here, these are some of the things I would recommend checking out:

🎨 Try a traditional craft course at 📍 @raulandsakademiet
🏡 Explore Telemarkstunet and learn more about local history and architecture (also at Raulandsakademiet)
🥾 Hike to Falkeriset or Falkenuten for beautiful mountain views
🏔️ Stop by 📍 @mosstrondturisthytte for food and mountain atmosphere
🛶 Rent a canoe or kayak at Fagersand
🏠 Stay in one of the cabins or cabins
🍔 Try the famous Vierli Burger at Vierli Kafé
🔥 Relax in the lakeside sauna at Vierli
🐐 Visit Barnas Seter on Vierli
🎣 Go fishing in one of the many mountain lakes
🌅 Take the short hike to Vidsyn viewpoint
🛖Visit the beautiful @mogen_turisthytte
🛳️ Take a fjord cruise through Norway’s highest national park with @fjellvaaken_ll
🍕 Finish the day with pizza, spa and shuffleboard at 📍 @raulandhogfjellshotell

The thing I love most about Rauland is that it feels like Norway used to feel. Fewer people, more space and plenty of adventures waiting just around the corner.

Save this for your next Norway adventure 🙌
