Mucha gente cree que la pre-aprobación y la pre-calificación son lo mismo... pero pueden hacer una gran diferencia cuando llega el momento de comprar casa 🏡

Uno de los errores más comunes que veo es que muchas personas dicen: “Ya estoy pre-aprobado”... cuando en realidad solo están pre-calificados.
Y sí, hay una diferencia

Si estás pensando en comprar tu primera propiedad o simplemente quieres saber para cuánto podrías calificar, entender esto desde el principio te puede ahorrar tiempo, evitar sorpresas y ayudarte a empezar el proceso con el pie derecho!

Comenta “ESTIMADO” si te gustaría obtener una pre-calificación o si ya estas listo/a para una pre-aprobacion comenta “LISTO/A”
