POSTS STORIES REELS

I had a shocking realisation last week.

I set a goal for 2026 to post consistently & grow followers.

that goal is going great but In doing so I’ve realised I’m putting so much effort into creating content that other people will watch that I’ve neglected putting effort into myself.

Self development has been a huge part my adult life.

The reason why I am who I am, where I am.

But I’ve dropped the ball on it.

& the real ones know - you’ll only ever progress as far as the level of your own self development.

I spend over an hour a day on this app. With the goal of helping others but in doing so forgot to work on myself.

That ain’t it.

Honestly it’s a freely feeling know that I don’t give a fuck about deleting it and losing progress.

Time for a brake, get back to growing in silence & being present with my people.

Peace

We hate letting the tribe down.

Use that natural instinct to your advantage.

Public accountability makes you so much more likely to stick to your word.

Extremely grateful that I’ve fallen in love with things that I’ll never fully master.

No end goal. Just the art of progression itself.

When you chase perfection you’ll trip stumble and fall into excellence.

Working towards getting my body moving towards its fullest capability.

This primal animal style movements are awesome for that because nothing is linear.

It requires our muscles and joints to work in ways that we wouldn’t normally do on a day-to-day basis

But that’s the whole point.
