You can’t change people, but you can bring them to a life changing event. Shoutout to everyone who asked me for a pic đŸ˜‚đŸ«Ą @visionaryvznry by @joshionary
The soil knew what the season didn’t. by @joshionary
You got through hard days. You learned to let go. You set boundaries. You showed up even when you were scared. You chose yourself. You tried new things. Not all growth is visible in a single year. Growing internally is progress, too. You should be proud of yourself. Happy Birthday bro. by @joshionary
I have to cut the weeds growing on my tree. I was brainwashed by a “leader” before, atleast it didn’t take me long to realize the second time. Humility doesn’t gossip. No amount of your money will buy humility either. The lies, hypocrisy, your ego and pride will catch up to you soon enough. Keep runnin yall mouth cause i know thats all you do at the dinner table. The rest of the family were right about you guys, and we still defended you. Yall kept gossiping not knowing whats going on in my sisters personal life. Not knowing whats going on in my wifes life. Not knowing whats going on in our lives. You really thought our mom was telling you the truth? We tested yall, to see the next assumptive lie you’d create and spit out. Even your own people don’t trust you because of the character you consistently show. Thank god I was the first in the family to back out. I made the decision the day after the baby shower. Thank god you showed everyone your true colors in time, otherwise I would’ve been the crazy one. You show a good example to your team and your children. You are very humble, cause you always say you are. And you’ve got great character, it shows. The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, and you were damn right. Unfortunately I have to cut a whole branch off my tree. by @joshionary

You don’t need a longer list of things to do everyday. You will end up busy, not productive. Being busy doesn’t build anything. Being intentional will build a business. by @joshionary
Who’s ready? by @joshionary
Someone asked me yesterday, “What inspired you to start Visionary?” And honestly
I forgot why. Later that night, I asked myself again: Why did I start? What was the purpose? And I remembered
To be somebody, to someone, who had no one. I don’t talk about it, but I grew up battling depression. It became a calling for me to help others. That they can be a somebody by being that somebody for someone who had no one. Visionary was never about me. It was always about everyone around me. The friendships we build, the struggle we can all relate with, the strangers who turn into family. Watching the people I care about, the people around me, winning with me. That’s what success looks like to me. Greatness isn’t measured by how far you go or how quick you make it, but how many people you help rise up with you. #visionarybayarea by @joshionary
50 shirts done. Starting small is better than standing still. #visionarybayarea by @joshionary
500 hang tags. Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together. Details matter. It’s worth getting it right. #visionarybayarea by @joshionary
