Depression doesn’t have a specific look. Depression smiles, is well out together, interacts with people, laughs out loud, go to gatherings, gives great advice , loves and cares for people deeply. Be kind wherever you go because you just never know who is going through what and what may just be their 13th reason why. Depression is no joke and at times being allergic to the very medications that may help can make life even more stressful. At times you question EVERYTHING without any answers. It’s tough, but your reason on earth is solidified and you find the strength and courage to push through. I survived #3 #8 and surviving with #11 #12 & #21 . Be kind to yourself, Be kind to others.
