Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I'm 22 today. It is also trans day of visibility which feels like a special coincidence. I've been waiting for a long time to share my music and I finally feel ready. Just.Jo will be the artist name for all of my musical creations in the future. This music feels like the most authentic representation of myself and what I want to contribute to the world I inhabit. I want to build a community of and for queer folks and allies to come together to enjoy some honest, country-ish music. Being trans is such a huge part of my life and I don't see many other trans folks making and sharing music, and I want to build something special for a community I care so much about. I want to play shows where it is expected that every single person arrives and celebrates their most authentic self, whatever that means to them. If you want to come with me and help me build this vision, please give me a follow and stick around. Our authenticity is our greatest asset.

Played an open mic. This song is about how the dead season terrifies me. My sunglasses were a paid actor.

3 days, 3 awesome bands, 2 really nice stages, countless amazing crew. I have so much gratitude for @melancholy.club.slc @overunderband and @poolhouseband for letting me mix their sets at this year's @kilbyblockparty ! Everyone at this festival is top notch and the archetype of professionalism.

Being behind the console is my happy place ♥️

The J-Team had Desert Reverie locked in. All the bands were so sick and all sweethearts.
