You don't have the trend? You make it yourself! #greyeyes #trendy #makeuptutorial #lebanon #glammed by @jpmirrorandmind

Doing my everyday skin and talking about something I haven't said out loud. Lately I've been scared to speak my own language in my reels. I've faced rejection and threats in the comments. I recently went to two weddings, and some family avoided me. It stings when it comes from your own community. On top of that, I'm juggling makeup and a career in clinical psychology. It's a lot, but I'm still here. If this resonates, a like, follow, or comment means more than you know. 🤍 #lebanesemakeup #menwhowearmakeup #maleartist #mentalhealthawareness #grwm by @jpmirrorandmind

POV: Blue eyeshadow isn’t intimidating… if you know where to start. 💙

A soft base, diffused edges, a pop of blue, and suddenly it all makes sense.

…also, maybe don’t skip the last 3 seconds. 😭 #BlueEyeshadow #EyeshadowTutorial #MakeupTips #SoftGlam #ColorfulMakeup by @jpmirrorandmind

Eye-maxing, but make it ✨everyday✨ 👁️💋

Rawan and I are breaking it down step by step — numbered, easy, and actually doable.
Because sometimes all your eyes need is a little ✨maxing✨ 😌

Save this for your next makeup day & tell us which step makes the biggest difference 👀

I learned that some people only love the version of you that makes them comfortable.
So I stopped hiding mine.

A little pink under the concealer, and a lot more of myself showing through. 🩷
For anyone who’s ever felt alone for choosing to be who they are: you’re not alone. #Lebanon #MakeupLebanon #BlushUnderpainting #MakeupReels #YouAreNotAlone by @jpmirrorandmind

Life taking me places I've never been... Giving me kindness, genuine conversations and unforgettable times. And most importantly beautiful people to remind me "Love exists and it's the essence of Life" #makeupartist #beirut #annahar #lebanonbeauty #foryou by @jpmirrorandmind

First time I dare to post myself doing a full glam on me.
No more overthinking, no more excuses.

If I want to grow, I have to show up—and today, I’m my own model. #fullglammakeup #jeanpaulboulos #makeuplook #transformation #mua by @jpmirrorandmind

Some rituals aren’t about changing yourself—they’re about coming home to yourself. ✨

Taking a few moments to slow down, nourish my skin, and enjoy the process has become part of my self-care.

Thank you to @essentials_byjay for this beautiful package. 🤍

POV: My brain woke up with a full presentation on why I shouldn’t go to the gym.

Then I remembered… if I glam up first, it becomes way harder to disappoint myself. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also, a tiny shout-out to the family and friends who got married without booking me for makeup. 😂 No hard feelings—everyone spends their money however they want. I just reserve the right to be dramatic for 10 seconds.

Anyway… shoulders weren’t going to train themselves. #GymMotivation #GlowUp #MakeupArtist #MorningMotivation #Procrastination by @jpmirrorandmind

A little beach glow-up before heading to Batroun. ☀️🌊

One of my favorite parts of the day wasn’t even the beach—it happened on the way there. I stopped to grab a coffee and met someone who recognized me from my makeup tutorials. Such a small, unexpected moment that genuinely made my day.

Thank you to everyone who’s here, watching, learning, and supporting. You never know when your paths might cross. 🤍

Here’s to sunny days, good friends, beautiful places, and the little surprises that remind you to keep creating. #Batroun #Lebanon #GRWM #MakeupCreator #BeachDay by @jpmirrorandmind
