Men deserve a little pampering, too. ❤️

What started as my girlfriend doing my skincare routine turned into a beautiful reminder that love is in the little things. From shaving and skincare to a relaxing facial massage, sometimes it’s about letting someone take care of you.

And she’s right, gentlemen. Take care of your women, too. Love goes both ways. ❤️

Ladies, would you do this for your man? 😂

A few years ago, I barely recognized the man I had become.

60 pounds heavier. Different energy. Different mindset. Somewhere between being a father, work, responsibilities, and life happening, stress overtook my body and had an uncontrollable weight gain. The body keeps score.

Last year I started finding my way back.

Today, I’m 60 pounds down, not only training again, and being stronger physically and mentally… the best part of this transformation is getting to witness my transformation.

I’m returned to the man I was always meant to be.

Most people think losing 70 pounds changed my life.

It didn’t.

The weight was simply the visible result of everything that changed underneath.

Month 1 was rewiring. The scale barely moved, but for the first time in a long time, I stopped abandoning myself. Every workout, every walk, every healthy choice became a promise kept. Slowly, I began trusting myself again.

By Month 3, people started noticing. I had lost around 25 to 30 pounds. Friends and coworkers were shocked by the change. A woman at a coffee shop even told me she found me attractive. It may sound small, but when you haven’t heard that in years, it hits differently. For the first time, I thought maybe my best years weren’t behind me.

By Month 9, I felt like a completely different person. Discipline no longer required motivation. My habits became automatic. People didn’t just notice the weight loss.. they noticed the confidence, energy, and standards that came with it.

By Month 12, I realized this was never about losing weight.

It was about finding myself again.

I didn’t become someone new.

I reclaimed the man I was always meant to be.

If you’re in Month 1 right now, keep going. The person waiting for you on the other side is worth meeting.

What month are you in?

How are we feeling about the Silver Fox flow? 👀🦊🩶

After years of short hair and tight Marine fades, I’m finally embracing the salt and pepper and letting it grow out.

Nobody does it better than my brother @chr1sdabarber , who’s been cutting my hair for years. This time, we’re trying something different.

Keep the flow or bring back the fade?

Our first Halloween together! 🎃❤️

Halloween is one of Angie’s favorite holiday. We started with a beautiful dinner at Faubourg in Montclair, then spent the rest of the evening lounging, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company.

Another first together, and another memory for the books. ❤️

This is what peace looks like to us. 🍂❤️

One thing we discovered about each other is how much we both love nature. Whenever we get the chance, we find ourselves outside, soaking up the sun, walking among the trees, holding hands, and feeling the energy of the earth.

Men want peace. Women want squishies. 😂❤️

Apparently, Angie found her favorite real-life squishy… and it happens to be my face.

She gets her squishy. I get my peace. 🥹❤️

POV: You were the manifestation all along. ♟️🌴

I’ve come to realize that manifestation isn’t just about attracting the life we desire. Sometimes, it’s about becoming the person capable of living it.

In Hindu philosophy, there’s a concept called Saṃsāra — the continuous cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.

Life moves in cycles. Every experience teaches us something. Every choice carries consequences. And sometimes, the lessons we refuse to learn become the patterns we continue to repeat.

Karma reminds us that our actions matter. Dharma calls us to live with purpose.

And manifestation, to me, is the alignment of our thoughts, intentions, and actions.

Much like chess, every move matters. Sometimes we advance. Sometimes we retreat. And sometimes we must learn patience before making our next move.

I’m wearing the Palmyra Eternity Band by @mareinewyork, created by Angie Marei. Its design draws inspiration from ancient Egyptian architecture and the intricate textures of desert palm trees.

There’s something profound about the palm tree.

In the harshest deserts, where life struggles to exist, it grows. Its roots reach deep into the earth, enduring drought and difficult conditions. And as it rises, it becomes a source of nourishment, life, and shade for others.

Perhaps our own karmic journeys are no different.

We experience darkness, loss, endings, and rebirth. Not necessarily because we’re being punished, but because life continuously presents opportunities to learn, evolve, and break free from old patterns.

Like a seed beneath the earth, we must sometimes break through the very crust that confines us to discover what we’re capable of becoming.

Because true manifestation isn’t simply about receiving the life we once prayed for. It’s about becoming the person we were always meant to be.

And perhaps our greatest purpose isn’t just to survive the desert, but to become the shade someone else needs. 🌴

Taking her to her first NFL game… Suite Life Edition! 🏈❤️

Angie’s first New York Giants game at MetLife Stadium, and of course, I had to make it a little special! 🥹

She may not be a football fan (yet 😂), but there’s something unforgettable about experiencing the energy of an NFL game in person. The roar of the crowd, the passionate fans, the excitement on the field, and the incredible atmosphere from the suite made for a perfect football date.

Football is something I’ve always enjoyed, but sharing that experience with someone I love made it even more meaningful.

I got to share something I love with her. Tomorrow, I get to discover something she loves.

That’s what makes love exciting. Two different people, bringing their own passions together and creating memories neither would have experienced quite the same way alone.

Here’s to a lifetime of firsts together. ❤️🎆

Life’s too short. Be obsessed. ❤️

We were talking about our relationship the other night, and we both admitted something… we’re completely obsessed with each other. And neither of us wants it any other way.

Funny how two people who have lived, loved, lost, and rebuilt their lives can somehow find a love that makes us feel like teenagers again.

From a dating app to hours-long phone calls, spontaneous adventures, dancing together, and finding magic in the simplest moments… somehow, we became each other’s favorite person.

And maybe that’s the beautiful thing about finding love later in life. You know how rare it is, so you don’t take a single moment for granted.

Be obsessed with making each other laugh. Be obsessed with the little things. Be obsessed with showing up, choosing each other, and keeping the romance alive.

Because life’s too short to pretend you don’t care.

Find someone who’s just as obsessed with you as you are with them. ❤️

A man’s jewelry should tell a story. His is one of rebirth.

Every man carries a story of who he was, what he’s overcome, and who he’s becoming.

For @jpmodernlife, three pieces from MAREI New York represent three chapters of his personal transformation.

The Octavian Triptych Ring | REBIRTH

Inspired by sacred geometry and the connection between heaven and earth. For @jpmodernlife it symbolizes rebuilding his mind, body, and spirit. A reminder that sometimes, we must let go of who we were to discover who we’re meant to become.

The Exquis XL Infinity Ring | INFINITE LOVE

A symbol of infinite love, unbreakable strength, and resilience. His journey is a reminder that even after life’s most difficult chapters, the heart can heal, love again, and embrace beautiful new beginnings.

The Damian Horn | PROTECTION

Inspired by ancient talismans traditionally believed to ward off negative energy and the evil eye. For JP, it represents protecting everything he’s worked so hard to rebuild. His peace. His family. His love. His future.

His story reminds us that true luxury isn’t measured by what we accumulate, but by the person we become, the love we give, and the life we choose to protect.

Because jewelry is more than an expression of style. It can be a reflection of our journey.

Rebirth. Infinite Love. Protection.

Three pieces. One man’s story.

Wear your story.
