Hello - I’m James, owner and lead designer at J.R Floristry. I create flowers for weddings, brand and corporate events across Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds - and occasionally further afield. Working together is a big part of how I bring your vision to life. You’ll have input throughout the design process, guidance when you need it and a calm, considered approach, so you can enjoy the planning journey too. Adaptable by Design is at the heart of what we do - different styles, settings and ideas, with the same care behind every event. If you’d like to chat about flowers for your day, please do get in touch. 📍 @mataracentre 📷 @daniellamarinosphotography #jrfloristry | #cotswoldsweddingflorist | #weddingflorist | #eventflorist | #bespokeweddingflorist by @jrfloristry
I’ve always found it difficult to describe my floral style. The truth is, I don’t really have one; I adapt every design to the couple’s vision. What I do have are a few principles that shape every wedding I design, regardless of whether it’s full of colour, soft neutrals, modern shapes or something completely timeless. The principles stay the same, the style changes. Wedding Florist | Wedding Flowers | Bristol Wedding Florist | Cotswold Wedding Florist | Floral Design | Luxury Wedding Flowers by @jrfloristry

An abundant floral arch for Chloë & Thomas’s wedding day this summer. Textured foliages and deep jewel-toned flowers en masse created the statement arch for the couple’s outdoor ceremony at @mataracentre which we later moved into The Hillarium to encapsulate the couple for dinner. It’s the little details that make it. From the dress to the finishing touches, every detail tells a little part of the story. The pieces chosen with care, the accessories that bring everything together, and all the little things that make a bride feel like herself on her wedding day. - Amy looking absolutely looking on her wedding morning at Tortworth Court . Christmas Wreath Workshops are back for 2026! 🌲 One of my favourite parts of the festive season - a couple of hours spent creating, chatting and getting properly into the Christmas spirit. Whether you’re joining us with friends, family or coming along yourself, you’ll create your own Christmas wreath from scratch using an abundance of seasonal foliage, with plenty of decorations to choose from to make it completely your own. This year, we’ll be hosting a limited number of workshops at some lovely local venues: ✨ 8th December 2026 | The Old Crown, Uley | 18:30-20:30 ✨ 9th December 2026 | Eastwood Park House | 18:30-21:30 Everything you need is included, no previous experience is necessary, and you’ll leave with your finished wreath ready to hang at home. Spaces are expected to fill quickly, so contact your chosen venue directly to reserve your place!
