Just me flexing. Whats new? by @jrozhon32

Just a little update…
-Motivation is at an all time high right now. The last few weeks in the gym have been absolutely insane. Numbers I never would’ve thought I would’ve been able to hit have been smashed.
-The grind however doesn’t stop. 8 weeks out from the first comp and can’t wait to absolutely crush it.
-I appreciate all the support and advice people have given me on my journey and thank you.
-Can’t wait to prove people wrong and show them what I’ve worked so hard to achieve.

Huge shoutout to everyone whose supported me through this journey, there may never be enough words for me to say to show my true appreciation. Y’all know who you are. by @jrozhon32

You can say I’m in my element 🎣 by @jrozhon32

Today marks the year of me pursuing my fitness goals.
240lbs-175lbs

What a year it has been since going to the gym and not being able to lift certain weights to now confidently being able to lift way more weight then I ever thought I’d be able to.
Bench 115-225
Squat 185-405
Deadlift 225-475

I can’t thank certain people enough for pushing me and having my back through all of this. Especially @the_jacked_walrus and @anthony_fischerr for getting me in the gym in the first place and pushing me as hard as they have. I also have to thank the family I’ve made at @methodpowergym you all push me to achieve whatever it might be and always give the best advice so thank you for that as well. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if it wasn’t for you all.

Bigger things to come tho so stay tuned folks and I cannot wait to make another year transformation photo and see where I’m at next year. Thank you all for being apart of the ride. by @jrozhon32
