Savour this very moment. #jsyteatime #teaexperience Delicate beauty of seasonal Gyokuro, paired with the sweet and tangy notes of pineapple cake, followed by a bowl of Uji Usucha. 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #jsytea #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia
The art of noticing🌱✨ Not all oolongs tell the same story! 🌬️ Jin Xuan is often appreciated for its soft, creamy character🥛, while Oriental Beauty is known for its naturally honeyed, ripe-fruit aromas. What makes Oriental Beauty especially fascinating is that its signature character begins with tiny leafhoppers feeding on the tea leaves🍃🐛, triggering changes in the plant that help shape its distinctive aroma. Two teas, two stories, one island to explore. 🤍 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #jsytea #melbourne #tealovers #teatime by @jsy.tea_australia

FIVE-YEAR-AGED IMPERIAL GOLDEN BUDS RIPE PU-ERH 🍂 Did you know?✨ Ripe Pu-erh undergoes a special 🌟fermentation process🌟that gives it its signature deep colour and mellow, earthy character. 🍵 Aged for five years, this tea offers warm woody notes🪵, a smooth texture and a gentle sweetness that lingers with every sip. A comforting cup shaped by both fermentation and time. 🤎✨ 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #ChineseTea #jsytea #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia

✨Organic Koji-Fermented Tea ☕️ Made with black koji using techniques inspired by Japanese sake brewing🍶, this unique fermented tea has a deep character similar to Pu-erh, but with its own distinct flavour.✨ 1️⃣Give the leaves a quick rinse with boiling water 2️⃣Discard the rinse 3️⃣Steep in freshly boiled water in 40 seconds(but can be adjusted according to personal preference) Naturally low in caffeine, it’s a lovely choice for those who enjoy fermented teas. Especially for those who had a heavy meal🍴 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #jsytea #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia
🌱New Gyokuro 玉露🌱 Gyokuro is made from shade-grown young leaves, naturally rich in L-theanine and amino acids. It offers a deep umami, delicate sweetness, and silky texture, with subtle notes of seaweed and fresh greens. Compared with regular green tea, it is less astringent, while providing caffeine and antioxidants. A truly refined tea experience, where vibrant freshness meets deep, lingering umami!! 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #jsytea #gyokuro #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia
🍵🌱薄茶 Usucha (thin tea) is one of the most common ways to enjoy matcha in Japanese tea ceremony. Matcha is whisked with hot water to create a light, smooth tea with a fine layer of foam. 🧚‍♀️🫧 🌕Its flavour is lighter and more refreshing than koicha (thick tea), allowing the matcha’s aroma, umami and gentle sweetness to come through. 濃茶 Koicha is made with more matcha and less water, creating a richer, thicker tea that is usually prepared without foam. ✨Come in and discover usucha with JSY TEA. 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #jsytea #matcha #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia
✨ NEW PRODUCT ✨ Made of Japanese Tokoname stoneware, hand painted mountain grape pattern with silver decoration. 🍇🎨 Built-in ceramic strainer, great for Japanese tea🌱🍵 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #TeaTime #jsytea #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia
Our Genmaicha Powder is back! 🍵🌾 It’s not something you come across very often, and it can be pretty hard to find. 👀 Think matcha + roasted rice — a milder taste with less caffeine too! 🤎✨ 🌿 Westfield Doncaster 🌿 The Glen Shopping Centre 🌿 Chadstone Shopping Centre #jsytea #WarmMoments #melbourne by @jsy.tea_australia
