POSTS STORIES REELS

From Fired to Fired Up 🔥

This reel isn’t just my story — it’s proof of what happens when you stay consistent, even when it’s uncomfortable.

To everyone who believed in me, coached me, or fueled this fire — THANK YOU 🙏🏽

This is just the beginning. Let’s keep building belief, leading with grit, and winning without a title.

If this message resonates and you’re looking for someone to fire up your team or event — let’s connect. by @juanreyesspeaks

When it actually counts…

that’s when people realize
skill isn’t the problem.

Pressure is.

Because in those moments,
you don’t rise to your potential…

you fall back on your belief.

And belief gets exposed.

That’s the gap I’m focused on.

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

Where have you felt this the most?

Most people run from pressure — but pressure is where leaders are built. The same fire you’re avoiding might be the fuel that takes you to your next level. 🔥
Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

You’re so focused on what you’re going to say next that you’re missing what the other person is telling you.

Having a process matters. Knowing your stuff matters. But neither replaces listening.

Pay attention to what they’re saying, why they’re saying it, and what actually matters to them.

That’s how you build trust and have better conversations.

Sometimes the best thing you can say is nothing. Just listen.

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

Your script should help you sell, not keep you from listening.

When you’re too focused on your next question, you risk missing what the customer is actually telling you.

Know your process. Stay present. Adapt to the person in front of you.

The script works for you. You don’t work for the script.

Are you following the conversation or just following your script?

You can be working harder than ever and still feel like you’re falling short of what you’re capable of.

That’s one of the most frustrating places to be.

You know you have more in you, but the results aren’t matching the effort.

The challenge isn’t always a lack of knowledge or effort.

Sometimes it’s knowing how to turn what you’ve learned into consistent action, especially when the pressure is on.

Because the value of training isn’t just what you learn. It’s what you’re able to do differently because of it.

And seeing people turn those breakthroughs into confidence, stronger decisions, and actual business results? That’s why I do this work.

What’s one thing you know you need to start doing differently?

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up. 🔥

The more you need the outcome, the harder it becomes to truly understand the person in front of you.

When you feel like you NEED the sale, the client, or the contract, your focus shifts.

You stop listening to understand and start listening for the answer you want.

That’s when you miss the hesitation, the change in tone, and what someone is actually trying to communicate.

The best conversations happen when understanding matters more than winning.

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

Your ego might be costing you opportunities you don’t even know exist.

The need to always be right can keep you from hearing the feedback that would make you better.

Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to stop defending what you know.

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

Knowing what to do is easy.
Doing it when the moment gets uncomfortable is the real test.

That’s where growth shows up.

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

Your state enters the room before your strategy does.

If pressure changes how you listen, communicate, or decide, people feel it.

The work is learning to stay clear when the moment gets uncomfortable.

Face it. Fuel it. Fire up.

Sometimes persistence just looks like showing up again.

Another rep. Another chance to get better.

If progress feels slow right now, are you still willing to keep showing up?

I got fired before I got good.

What brought me back was a system, and people who stayed close enough to make me run it. You need both. Most people are handed neither.

Went to South Dakota State University with @manniecanto to pour into students. They asked the question I was asking at their age. Am I actually any good at this yet.

They are. Nobody’s told them.

So we did. You don’t pay that back. You pass it down.
