EVERYONE SAY HI TO CHELSEA! 💛 Our newest representative for @juicedtodaywithtreva! We're growing. (May God Bless Us) Chelsea made her way to BRICKS & PAIN at @newageath, hosted by @taefit and @feedyourartistry. And from what I hear, @feedyourartistry brought the pain! The ladies AND The gentleman put in the work. And Chelsea had just what they needed afterward… the perfect hydration in a bottle! Our fresh cold-pressed juices! Now let's talk about @newageath! They offer group training, personal training and a space to put in some serious WORK! LADIES… spring is right around the corner! Get those glutes some action, with GLUTE CAMP @charfitbootcamp! Sometimes you just have to switch things up and keep it moving! Due to unexpected weather, we had to change locations, but @tyinspired thought quickly on her feet and made it happen! I'm calling this one a PILATES PARTY IN THE STUDIO! Good call, Ty! We had a wonderful time! The ladies AND gentleman were definitely challenged, but they pushed through! Did I get on the reformer? NOT YET! But it's coming! I just need to remember to put my grippy socks in the car! Now shop @shopthriveaccessories, who was vending right next to me, couldn't resist! Halfway through, she changed into her Pilates gear and jumped right on a reformer! Now THAT'S dedication! ( check out her Pilates gippy socks) And the vendors? TOP TIER! Matcha, skincare, a beautiful flower boutique and even a masseuse! Such a nice mix of wellness businesses. And of course, @juicedtodaywithtreva came through with the ever-so-fresh cold-pressed juices! Thank you for another wonderful opportunity to connect, collaborate and enjoy good company! Planning a fitness event, wellness gathering or corporate experience? I'd love to bring fresh cold-pressed juices and complimentary samples to your next event! DM me and let's collaborate! FITNESS, FUN AND A LITTLE FRIENDLY COMPETITION! I was outside this past weekend enjoying some fresh air! It rained that morning, but the skies cleared up quickly, so I joined @qc_fitness_games at Veterans Park! Now THIS was interesting! They take fitness and turn it into challenging games that test your strength, endurance and ability to THINK! From strength and conditioning challenges to team games that require strategy and cooperation, it's definitely not your ordinary workout! They formed teams, and before you knew it, the COMPETITION WAS ON! I enjoyed every minute on the sidelines cheering them on! And the BIG SURPRISE? The winning team received tickets to that evening's Carolina Panthers game! 🏈 Now that's a WIN! After all that physical energy and mental concentration, you already know I had just what they needed… FRESH COLD-PRESSED JUICE! Thank you, Merritt and @qc_fitness_games, for a great collaboration! If you enjoy fitness, teamwork and a little competition, join them EVERY SUNDAY AT 11 AM! Your first class is FREE! And if you're looking to bring @juicedtodaywithtreva to your next fitness event, corporate gathering or wellness experience, send me a DM! Let's collaborate! God Saves… God Heals… Treva 💛 by @juicedtodaywithtreva

YES, I DRINK ON THE JOB! DRUNK OFF JUICE… THAT IS! It gives me that natural feel-good spark! The combination of fresh fruits and vegetables provides amazing flavor, hydration, vitamins, antioxidants and natural energy. And let's talk about the SUGAR! Unlike refined sugars added to many drinks, the natural sugars in fruits and vegetables come along with beneficial nutrients. Okay, enough about me and my juices! 😂 DID YOU SEE THAT SHORT CLIP OF HANNAH?! She is definitely the SILENT ASSASSIN over at @clubpilatessteelecreek! 😂 Don't let that soft voice fool you. She means BUSINESS! Whether you're a Pilates girly or gentleman, prepare yourself because Hannah is going to challenge you! And yes, the men are showing up too! One gentleman sat next to me after class and said, "SHE JUST TRIED TO KILL ME!" 😂😂 We had a good laugh because I knew exactly what he was talking about! @juicedtodaywithtreva Your Health Matters. Your Taste Buds Matter. God Saves… God Heals… Treva 💛 by @juicedtodaywithtreva
