Libras are the girls who want a little beauty in everything. The outfit, the atmosphere, the conversation, the way life feels. We love a beautiful experience, good energy, meaningful connections, and yes, we can be a little obsessed with the details. We don’t just want to live life, we want to enjoy it. ♎

And I’m every bit of that Libra girl.

Happy birthday to all my Libra sisters! 🥂💋

50 Habits that will change your life in 6 months

Baby, these are the habits I've collected over nine years. The ones that let me wake up energized, stay productive instead of just busy, feel my best in my body, and actually feel like I'm living a beautiful life and writing a new story every day.

They keep me on track with my goals and in flow at the same time.

And I don't think any of these should be separate. They work in a sequence.

If you're reading this like, oh gosh girl, this is a lot, just pick one from each list. Focus on that one. And stack them as you go.

Libra red flags ♎️

🚩 They’ll play devil’s advocate when you just need them on your side.

🚩 They're more calculating than they let on.

🚩 They take forever to make decisions, but once they've decided, there's no changing their mind.

🚩 They read people way too well and rarely reveal what they know.

Libras, how many of these are actually true? And what did I miss? 👀

People-pleasing isn't always about wanting everyone to like you. Sometimes, it's about feeling valuable when you're needed, accepted, or appreciated.

That's why setting boundaries can feel so uncomfortable. You're not just changing your behavior. You're challenging a pattern you've learned to rely on.

The question is: What are you afraid might happen when you finally choose yourself?

Go to my stories and get my Boundaries Training while the link is there, or comment “BOUNDARIES” and I'll send it to you.

What if you allowed yourself to become everything you've been holding back?

More freedom. More confidence. More abundance. More of YOU in every area of your life.

If you're ready for more, you're in the right place.

Hate to break it to you, but there's no perfect moment. The only person who decides whether you're going to succeed in your life or not is you. Girl, we're not there yet. Keep going. ❤️🌹

Comment BOUNDARIES and I’ll send you my free mini training on how to set boundaries with love, without feeling guilty.

🎁 BONUS: There's an amazing workbook waiting for you in the video description! Think of it as your personal guide, with different boundary-setting options and practical examples to help you find the right words for different situations.

Here are 3 things to remember:

1. Start with a simple no. You don't owe everyone a lengthy explanation.
2. Separate responsibilities. Your responsibility is to communicate your boundaries. How others respond is theirs.
3. Set boundaries from a place of love, not protection. They aren't meant to punish people. They're meant to show others how to have a healthier relationship with you.

You can be kind and still have boundaries. And you don't have to feel guilty for honoring them.

Comment BOUNDARIES and I'll send you the free training.

1. I audited my life hour by hour for seven days. I found what was draining me, but what surprised me most was realizing that almost nothing in my schedule was actually giving me energy. So I made a list of things I wanted to start doing just because they made me feel alive.
2. I stopped setting goals based only on what I wanted to achieve. I started asking myself how I actually wanted to feel in my everyday life, because I realized I could accomplish everything on my list and still feel unfulfilled.
3. I started doing things that made me feel like the woman I wanted to become. I stopped saving certain clothes, experiences, and versions of myself for some future occasion. I started expressing myself now, even when it felt unfamiliar.
4. I put things on my calendar that had absolutely nothing to do with productivity. Dancing, exploring, going out, trying something new. I wanted to stop treating enjoyment as a reward I could only have after finishing my work.
5. I started questioning the rules I had created for myself. Why did I think I had to be productive all the time? Why was I postponing things I wanted? Why was I still following expectations that didn't even feel like mine anymore?
6. I started acknowledging myself and everything I've done as if it actually mattered. I stopped brushing off my accomplishments like they were nothing, minimizing how far I'd come, or immediately moving on to the next thing without giving myself credit.
7. I let the parts of me I thought were inappropriate, too loud, too much, too funny, too masculine, or too feminine finally come out. And I embraced all of them. I stopped trying to edit myself into someone more acceptable and started making room for all the different sides of who I am.
8. I started making decisions based on what I wanted, not just what made sense on paper. I gave myself more room to explore, change direction, try new things, and discover who I was becoming instead of forcing myself to stick to an outdated version of myself.

I'm thinking: is that libra, my ADHD, or just being a woman? 🤔
