What if your body knows the way, and all you need to do is listen?

I’ve always loved the freedom in Mary Oliver’s beautiful words, inviting us to let our bodies love what they love.

But what does that actually look like?

You might begin by asking yourself...

What brings an exhale?

What brings your body peace?

What calms your nervous system?

What lights your body up?

What if your body is wise?

What if you could trust what it’s telling you?

How would you treat your body then?

And what might change if you allowed yourself to truly listen?

❤️

✨ FOLLOW THE LOVE IN YOUR HEART ✨

“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.” ~ Rumi

When I bought my first harmonium, I didn’t know how to play it. And I really didn’t feel that I could sing. But something in my heart was calling me towards it, and I listened.

I could never have imagined the extraordinary journey of love, devotion, music, and connection that would unfold from that one simple step.

So often, people tell me they’d love to buy a harmonium and sing mantras, but they don’t know how to play or where to begin.

And my encouragement is always the same. Follow the love!

You don’t need to know how. You just need to listen to that longing in your heart and take the first step.

And when it comes to singing to the Divine, let it be a love affair. ❤️

Let yourself fall in love with the mantras, with the music, with the Divine presence that awakens within you as you sing. You don’t have to be a musician or a singer. Just bring your heart and let the love lead you.

And whatever it is that’s calling you, whether it’s music, creativity, a new adventure, or a dream you don’t yet know how to bring into being...

Trust that pull. Take one step towards it today.

You never know what beautiful possibilities might unfold when you follow the love in your heart. ❤️

✨ MY BODY IS A TEMPLE ✨ OUT NOW!

Our bodies are doorways into the Divine Bliss, Love, and Peace that our souls incarnated to remember. They are sacred vessels through which we can experience the joy and ecstasy of our true nature.

My latest song, My Body Is a Temple, is a call to move from judgment to honoring, cherishing, and loving our bodies exactly as they are.

For some, this may come easily. But for many, it is nothing short of a revolution. One that can open the doorway to deep fulfillment, healing, and peace.

I hope this song inspires you to embrace your body as the sacred temple that it is.

✨ NAVARATRI | THE VICTORY OF THE DIVINE MOTHER ✨

Yesterday, on the final day of Navaratri, we gathered at the Ayurvedic center in Kerala, where I’m currently on a healing journey, to chant and celebrate the victory of Goddess Durga over the demon Mahishasura.

Mahishasura represents the tendencies of the ego that keep us caught in fear, separation, and suffering, obscuring the love, peace, and bliss that are our true nature.

Throughout these nine sacred nights, we have been invoking the Divine Mother in her various forms, calling upon her power to help us transform these patterns and awaken to the truth of who we are.

And this year, something quite extraordinary happened for me.

I’ve celebrated Navaratri many times before, but never felt its transformative power quite so deeply.

After nine days of chanting, devotion, and turning my attention toward the Divine Mother, I find myself truly experiencing more joy, peace, love, and bliss.

It’s as though something has genuinely shifted within me.

What a beautiful reminder that these ancient practices are not simply rituals or stories, but living pathways of transformation, awakening us to the Divine within our own hearts.

✨ And today, on the tenth day, we celebrate Dussehra, the victory of light over darkness, wisdom over ignorance, and love over fear.

It’s an especially auspicious day for new beginnings, and a beautiful time to turn to the Divine Mother and ask for what your heart truly longs for.

For when the child calls, the Mother always comes.

I’d love to hear from you! Has anything shifted or awakened within you during these nine sacred nights? Please share your experience below. ❤️

Jai Ma! ❤️🙏

✨ NAVARATRI | AWAKENING THE WISDOM OF SARASWATI ✨

The final three days of Navaratri are traditionally dedicated to Saraswati, the Goddess of creativity, knowledge, music, and higher wisdom. 🤍

Throughout these nine sacred nights, the Divine Mother battles the demons of the ego, ultimately restoring us to the truth of who we are.

Saraswati represents the light of wisdom that dispels ignorance, illuminating the beliefs and patterns that keep us from recognizing the infinite peace, love, and freedom that are our true nature.

She is also the flowing river of Divine inspiration, awakening our creativity, intuition, and capacity to express the beauty and truth that live within us.

So I invite you to reflect...

✨ Where in your life are you seeking greater clarity or understanding?

✨ Is there something longing to be expressed or created through you?

✨ What old beliefs might you be ready to release so you can live with greater freedom and flow?

As we chant Saraswati’s sacred mantra, we invite her grace to illuminate our minds, awaken our creative energy, and guide us home to the truth of who we are.

Om Aim Saraswatyai Namaha 🙏

May the light of Saraswati shine brightly within you, bringing inspiration, clarity, and ultimate freedom.

Jai Ma! 🤍

✨ MY BODY IS A TEMPLE IS OUT NOW! ✨

For any woman who has ever judged her body. ❤️

This song is for you, born of my own story.

For much of my life, I’ve struggled with my relationship with my body. The pressure to look a certain way, to be attractive, to somehow measure up to an ideal that might make me more lovable or worthy.

And even after decades of yoga, meditation, and inner work, I still find myself surfing the waves of these old patterns of self-judgment.

My Body Is a Temple came to me during a meditation when I was feeling particularly caught in the pain of self-criticism and unworthiness.

It arrived as a reminder of something I know in my heart, but don’t always find easy to live.

This body is not a problem to be fixed.

It is a sacred home for the soul. A living, breathing miracle worthy of love, tenderness, and reverence, exactly as it is.

This song is an invitation to lay down the weapons of self-criticism and choose love instead.

I want to offer my deepest gratitude to @isaackoren and @thoraldkoren , who were incredible midwives for this healing song. I’m so grateful for their exquisite talent and huge hearts. ❤️

And to @adarshmargarite and @ojaiprenatalyoga thank you for bringing not only your beautiful voices, but your deep hearts and divine energy to this music. So much love and gratitude to you, beautiful sisters!

My Body Is a Temple, sacred vessel of the Divine.
My Body Is a Temple, carrier of the light.

OUT NOW on all streaming platforms!

I’d love for you to listen and share it with anyone who might need this reminder.

On the fourth day of Navaratri, we invoke the beautiful Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of abundance, beauty, and fullness.

As the Divine Mother battles the demons of the ego during these nine sacred nights, Lakshmi helps us overcome one of the ego’s most persistent illusions: the feeling of lack.

That sense that we’re not enough, that we don’t have enough, or that we need something more to be happy and fulfilled.

Lakshmi reminds us that our true nature is already whole, complete, and infinitely abundant.

As we chant her sacred mantra,

Om Shreem Maha Lakshmiye Namaha 🌸

we awaken the vibration of inner fullness, beauty, and abundance.

And as we cultivate this abundance within, we open ourselves to receiving and recognizing the countless blessings of life.

So I invite you to reflect...

Where in your life do you feel a sense of lack? Where might you be forgetting your own inherent wholeness?

May Lakshmi’s grace help us remember that we are already infinite love, immeasurable peace, and overflowing joy.

And may her blessings of health, wealth, beauty, and goodness flow freely into all areas of our lives.

Jai Ma! 🙏🏼

What if your body was never a problem to be fixed?

What if, instead of judging, criticizing, and rejecting our bodies, we could learn to cherish and celebrate them as the sacred temples they are?

My new song, My Body Is a Temple, is an invitation to do just that.

Releasing this Friday, October 16!

Navaratri celebrates the nine sacred nights in which the Divine Mother overcomes the negative qualities of the ego, inviting us to realign with the love, light, peace, and joy that already shine within our hearts.

So I invite you to reflect...

Are there habits, thoughts, or beliefs that keep you from experiencing your natural state of love, bliss, and fulfillment?

Is there something you might choose to let go of over these nine nights? Or something you’d like to cultivate?

During the first three nights of Navaratri, we call upon Goddess Durga to bring us the strength and courage to transform the patterns that keep us from shining our brightest.

And it doesn’t have to be something big!

Perhaps you simply decide to stop judging yourself for nine days. To be a little kinder and more loving toward yourself and see what happens!

Or commit to five minutes of quiet meditation each day, connecting with the love and peace you wish to cultivate.

Over the coming days you may like to repeat the mantra Om Dum Durgaye, invoking the Divine Mother’s strength and courage to support us on this journey.

May these nine sacred nights illuminate the love and light that you already are.

Sending love and blessings for your brightest, shiniest self to emerge!

Jai Ma! ❤️

I’m so happy to share that my new single, My Body Is a Temple, will be released on October 16.

It is a song born from a lifetime of shaming my body for not being attractive enough, thin enough, perfect enough, and from the pain and suffering of being at war with my body.

Whether due to societal or familial conditioning, no matter how we may appear on the outside, I know so many of us struggle silently with self-judgment and rejection of our own appearance.

This song is for you. It’s an invitation to cherish, honor, and embrace the amazing living temple that is our own body.

I hope it offers healing and empowerment to anyone who needs it.

My Body Is a Temple is out October 16.
