The Summer I…. Celebrated 15 years of Management at Equinox. A Noxie Award. A Brand Ambassador Award. And a Lifetime Achievement Award. 25 clubs I’ve been a part of internationally. 9 new club openings. The most inspiring leaders I’ve gotten to work with. And the greatest members turned friends. I feel so lucky. But I’ve also worked my ass off. And I love what I do. Every single day. I will never take for granted that a passion and a career came together for me. And I feel like I’m just getting started. @equinox @lifeateqx #itsnotfitnessitslife by @julievalenti
The propaganda that makes women pick apart their bodies. The diet culture that makes us feel like we are never good enough. The day where I was more hung up on my stomach rolls than I was over the fact that I lifted almost half of my body weight over my head. Disclaimer - this is me. And my own body image. My own intrusive thoughts. #fitness #fitmom #strongwomen #gymmotivation by @julievalenti

Imagine not taking a chance on yourself. 🤍 So much can change when you finally bet on you. You don’t have to know exactly how it’s going to turn out. You just have to try. 🫶🏼 Imagine if you never did. #gymmotivation #fitlife #womenwholift #kettlebell #fitnessgoals by @julievalenti
