Here’s some barber lore for yall…Barbershop hangouts aka “barber jams” to be the place where barbers would get together. Often featuring food, DJs and chairs going all at the same time. Fast forward 2026, we are seeing the emergence “barber summits” with collaborating shops drumming up immersive multi day experiences celebrating learning, culture, hospitality and art. There’s something really special about watching a culture from what used to be gatherings just for barbers are now experiences that bring our clients, friends, and communities to share and celebrate everything that makes this industry special. This is just the beginning, Good Game Part of our new series, are going to continue to bring you the behind the scenes POV look of what it is really like to be a barber in 2026 pushing the game as far as we can go. If you are a brand, restaurant or community looking to get involved with us at our next summit hit our DMs! by @juniorsparadise
When any industry starts to blow up, especially with the attention economy it’s sometimes easy to lose sight that the game is all about what we can bring to the table not take from it. Competition should bring people closer together not further apart and to be quite frank, the real flex is how we bring each other up not who makes more money. Introducing….. GOOD GAME: a coalition of barbershops who are passionate about maintaining culture and bringing new industry standards through collaboration and good game. Because when the game gets better, we all get better. No competition. Only the friendly kind, haha. On this episode: @paradoxbarbers x @12pell x @penthousehnl by @juniorsparadise
Favorite color used to be blue growing up, but the only constant is change. 💜 If you don’t look back at it every time.. did you even make the right decision? 1000HP FOR WHAT?????? 😝 👾 The stress… is it worth it???? Idk 🎶 🤰🤰 by @juniorsparadise
5k Race - “ If Kev can, anyone can” @lulu.modern Dallas @barberconnyc @classicbarberproducts by @juniorsparadise
POV: You decide to do a 5k race with the boys a day before Barbercon 😂 This year we’ve been to LA, SF, SJ, CT, CHINA, CHI, HI, and TX. One thing we’ve learned is to do on work trips is to SIDEQUESTMAX. Cause to be honest work can start to really feel like work even when you enjoy it so you gotta spice it up sometimes ya dig This time we jumped on with @ampersandrunningclub and @propelwater to do @cutbykev first 5k. Did he finish? Legend says he’s still running rn. by @juniorsparadise
POV: you joined a barber team from New York One thing we’ve realized from traveling to a number cities this year with the crew is that some of the best people you meet, the conversations you have, and the relationships come from moments outside of the regular programing. That’s why everywhere we go, we try to create something outside of the expo that brings the community together. Whether it’s a dinner, a run, a networking event, or a party, we believe community is built through time spent and experiences shared. Big shoutout to @stmntgrooming for always being a connector and supporter for spaces the industry can share. Sometimes it’ll be educational. Sometimes it’ll be networking. Sometimes we might just throw a party 😂 Whatever it is, the reason behind it will always be the same, bringing people together. Big shoutout to @lulu.modern for taking care of us. by @juniorsparadise
Earlier this year, we wanted to change how people experience barber expos. We started with a booth alongside @stmntgrooming at @connecticutbarberexpo. This time, we took over an entire room with @classicbarberproducts at BarberCon Dallas. Welcome to THE LOCKER ROOM 🏀 We were able to bring SIX brands together: @royalkapper @brosh.usa @victorycrownbarberco @panasonicthebarikan @imperialbarberproducts , and @slickgorilla. One shared experience built around music, sports, and community, things that connect us beyond just hair This is what we see for the future of business in the pro industry, brands and barbers bringing together their resources, audiences, and ideas to build something bigger. Real partnerships beyond ambassador and affiliate deals, getting together to really cook something up that creates energy we look forward to. So we did just that. We brought together 30 barbers to give charity haircuts to local kids alongside the Michael Finley Foundation and The Gents Place. Please give these barbers their applause for giving their time and talent 👏👏👏 Big thank you to @spiffnewyork for lacing up the kids with new slidezzzzz And of course, we had end it off with barbers going 1v1 with @cutswithro on the court for a chance to win $100 each with $1000 on the line 😂🏀 Was it a success? Either way it’s only the beginning. Vlog coming soon. To kick off our new series of Vlogs we are giving away $100 gift cards to 5 random supporters in our comments.
