POV: you’re just driving down US-1 and the local yoga studio owner is doing yoga under her new sign. 😂

Normal small business owner behavior.

I SAW THE SIGN 🪧
…and apparently I needed everyone else to see it too.

Please keep your eyes on the road.
Then make a U-turn and come take yoga. 🤸‍♀️🤣

There are two types of yogis…
Both LOVE yoga.
Both NEED yoga.
Both swear it’s changed their lives. And BOTH are practicing mindfulness… one is just giving the rest of us an extra opportunity to practice it.

We love them both.

Because mindfulness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming more aware.

Now be honest… ARE YOU 1 OR 2? 💁🏼‍♀️

Tag your yoga bestie. (We already know they’re the other one.)

UPSIDE DOWN IS A SKILL. NOT A PARTY TRICK. 🙃
But either way… we’ve got you covered!

Think inversions are all about strength? Think again.

There’s a difference between throwing yourself upside down and actually understanding how to get there.

It’s about alignment, engagement, balance, breath, and learning to work with your body instead of just relying on momentum.

In this tutorial, we’re giving you a few tips to get you and your students upside down so you can build a stronger, smarter, and more sustainable inversion practice.

Because the goal isn’t just to get upside down. It’s to understand what you’re doing once you’re there.

Save this for your next practice, share it with your favorite upside-down-loving friend, and tell me in the comments:

What’s your biggest challenge with inversions? 👇

Come practice with us at Jupiter Yoga. Where we take the practice seriously, but ourselves? Not so much.

Be the Light. ✨

Your weekend called… 📞

It said you should’ve been at Jupiter Yoga. 😉

Good energy, great people, sweaty classes, and the kind of community that makes you want to come back for more.

And the best part? We get to do it all over again this week.

Come for the yoga. Stay for the people. Leave wondering why you didn’t come sooner.

✨ Consider this your official invitation to make some plans with us this week AND weekend.

Already part of the crew? Tag someone who needs to get in on this. 👇

🔮 MOVIES, MARGS & MISCHIEF 🍸✨

A little magic, a little mischief, and a margarita (or two). ✨

We’re turning Jupiter Yoga into a cozy little coven for a Halloween night inspired by Practical Magic. 🖤

Come for the movie, stay for the margaritas, light bites, tarot card pulls, and a little witchy energy with your favorite people.

Because midnight margaritas don’t actually have to happen at midnight. 😉

Savasana - a lot of people have a lot of feeling about it; some people refer to it as the “hardest pose” in yoga and most people think any time spent in it is too long. Personally, I love to cue (and be cued) a long savasana but that’s not the point of this post. What happens in a class like Ashtanga or 26+2, when you’re left to bring yourself out of savasana? Do you get up immediately or do you lie there all day? To me, it’s a practice of being present, of sitting with the pose until there is nothing left for my mind to do besides be in the pose (and be in the present with the pose). So I made this rule - be still until you don’t want to move… and then you can leave.

Yin and Sound.

Consider this your permission to do absolutely nothing for a little while (lol, sorta).

Settle into long, gentle stretches and let the sounds of singing bowls carry you into a meditative state. Yin & Sound is all about making space to rest, release, and give yourself a break from the noise of everyday life.

Get cozy, get comfortable, and let us take it from here. 🤍

Back to the basics. Breath by breath, pose by pose. 🧘

Ashtanga is a traditional, structured practice that build strength, focus, and consistency over time. It’s a chance to get out of your head, connect with your breath, and see what showing up for yourself can do.

Come ready to practice, wherever you’re starting from. 🤍

Mat Sculpt.

Pilates princesses, this one’s for you.

Meet us on the mat for deep core work, tiny pulses, and a burn that sneaks up on you. Throw on your favorite matching set (or don’t), and bring that friend that laughs when you say your Pilates class made you sore.

See you in the studio 🤍
