WREAK HAVOC. BUILD DAWGZ. ⚔️🐾

Introducing the P7 5-Tier Development Program.

Every athlete starts with an evaluation. Before we worry about advanced drills, I need to know your foundation — how you move, how you think, your technique, your effort, and where your game needs development.

I don’t skip steps. I don’t cut corners.

P7 is built to develop athletes from the ground up through fundamentals, football IQ, technique, explosiveness, strength, conditioning, and relentless motor.

This isn’t about showing up for a workout and going home.

It’s about building and maintaining skills that translate to the field. Every tier has a purpose. Every rep has a purpose. Every athlete has a standard to meet before moving forward.

5 TIERS. ONE STANDARD.
Build the foundation. Develop the player. Become a problem. Wreak havoc. Prepare for the next level.

PRESSURE APPLIED. DAWGZ BUILT.™

🐾 MEET COACH P

Founder of P7 | Pressure 7 Performance.

From Southern California After 4 years of varsity football, my journey transitioned from playing the game to developing the next generation.

I specialize in Front 7 development — DL, EDGE & LB — with experience helping develop multiple Division I athletes.

At P7, we’re building more than athleticism. We develop technique, football IQ, speed, strength, discipline, high motors, and mentality.

My standard is simple:

Learn the game. Master your craft. Play with a motor. Be a DAWG. 🐾 WREAK HAVOC. BUILD DAWGZ. ⚡
