This dress + Natalia + the lavender. I loved everything about this combination.

One of my favorite parts of planning senior pictures is thinking about the whole look. The location, the light, what you’re wearing, and how all of those pieces work together to create something that feels like you.

Natalia’s floral dress was perfect for this summer evening. Pretty and colorful while still feeling relaxed and natural.

Your outfits don’t have to be complicated. Sometimes one really good outfit in the right setting is all you need. by @justinecphoto

Sometimes the simplest idea turns out to be one of my favorites.

White tops, favorite jeans, a bright studio and absolutely nothing complicated. Just a group of beautiful girls and a whole lot of personality.

I love how keeping everything simple lets the girls themselves become the focus. And it’s a good reminder for senior photos, too. You don’t need an elaborate outfit for a photograph to feel special. A simple look you feel great in can photograph beautifully.

These might just convince me that everyone needs a white and denim look in their senior session.

Save this one if you’re starting to think about what to wear for your senior pictures. by @justinecphoto

I think senior pictures are at their best when there’s room for a little spontaneity.

We may have a plan for where we’re going and what you’re wearing, but some of my favorite photographs come from the spots we notice along the way, the pretty flowers, an unexpected patch of light, or the perfect little place by the water.

I loved photographing Addie throughout our summer shoots, and I love how these capture so many different pieces of those summer evenings with her.

Pretty, playful and completely effortless. by @justinecphoto

A little glimpse of what a Creative Team night actually looks like.

We pick a beautiful Knoxville location, plan a style direction, chase the prettiest evening light and then just play.

There are group photos, smaller friend combinations, plenty of individual moments and lots of movement in between. Nothing overly formal and definitely no pressure to arrive knowing how to pose.

The goal has always been to haves a fun, creative experience together and beautiful photographs are the bonus.

I loved watching this group get to know one another this summer. by @justinecphoto

Some outfits just belong in a certain setting.

Amelia’s soft blue floral dress, the hat, and all that lavender felt like a countryside escape on a summer evening.

I love when an outfit and location work together this naturally. Nothing is competing for attention, and the photographs still feel simple and timeless.

And that light certainly didn’t hurt. by @justinecphoto

Summer nights, sandy feet, pretty light and the sweetest group of girls.

One of my favorite things about the Summer Creative Team was that these shoots were about spending an evening together, trying something fun and creating photos that captured the evening.

This summer session was one of my favorites.

Knoxville seniors, if senior pictures are on your radar, I would love to create something that feels this relaxed and personal for you, too.

This whole session felt like the start of summer! Golden light, spring blooms and a beautiful evening at UT Gardens! by @justinecphoto

This was the kind of session I love that just felt like hanging out outside with cute outfits and good lighting while capturing the last few weeks of senior year

I’m currently convinced every session needs flowers, golden spring light, and a senior who fully trusts the vibe! by @justinecphoto

Soft, golden light and a dress that feels like a daydream!

Mia’s spring session is a little reminder that golden light, a beautiful location, and just being yourself is all you really need!

I’ve never had a mom say,
“I wish we hadn’t done these photos.”

But I have heard:
“I can’t believe how much they’ve changed.”
“I’m so glad we did this when we did.”
“I’ll treasure these forever.”

Because time doesn’t slow down.

And these in-between seasons?
They’re the ones that go the fastest.

You don’t need everything to go exactly right.
You just need to be in it.

I’ll guide the rest.

If this has been on your heart for a while,
you can message me or inquire through the link in my bio. #knoxvillefamilyphotographer #knoxvillemoms #knoxvilletn by @justinecphoto

This is what spring of senior year is supposed to feel like.

Sunny evenings, everything blooming, and enjoying the moments just before life is about to change, but not quite yet. Just you, exactly as you are right now.

That’s always the goal for me, photos that feel like you when you look back on them years from now. Not overdone, not forced, just real and beautiful and full of this season.

If you’re a Class of 2026 Knoxville senior and want photos like this, I’d love to help you plan something that feels just like you. by @justinecphoto

There’s just something about spring of senior year.

Everything starts to feel a little lighter. You’re wrapping up high school, looking ahead to what’s next and trying to soak it all in at the same time.

It’s such a fun, full season and it goes by quickly.

That’s why I love photographing seniors this time of year. It feels relaxed, meaningful, and just really you.
