Much love, Juju xx by @justinemr__
✨ It’s finally time ✨ It means so much to me to be able to offer this space for you. Imagine a place where you can simply relax, reconnect, and receive- just for yourself! 🥰 Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way to bring balance to your body and mind, to soften the noise of daily life, and to remind yourself that you, too, deserve care. Reiki meets you exactly where you are! This isn’t just about Reiki. It’s about creating a safe space where you can express yourself, share what’s on your heart, and be supported before, during, and after the session. 🫂 Soooooo! 🥹 I’m now officially offering Reiki sessions!!! (online & in person). To celebrate, I have a special offer for the first 10 bookings: 🌞 Book 1 session, get the second at 50% off 🌞 Discounted packages also available If this speaks to you, or if you have any questions, please send me a message- I would love to hold space for you. ❤️ Much love, Juju xx /// 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷 Ça me touche tellement de pouvoir enfin t’offrir cet espace. 🫂 Dooooonc! 🥹 Je propose maintenant des séances de Reiki !!! there is something about the moon.. can’t explain this feeling 🥹🌕🤍 could you? moon | night sky | moon lover | sunset | mountain | moon obsession | pyrenees by @justinemr__
how much do we miss when we’re rushing? This morning I slowed down enough to notice the little things. Nothing extraordinary. But somehow, noticing them brought me back to the moment. So much magic in slowing down! 🌞✨🦋🤍☘️🌸❤️🐥🌳🤎 by @justinemr__
I used to feel so much shame about crying over things like this because I thought I was TOO emotional, TOO MUCH NOW I am slowly learning to embrace this, instead. I mean.. how can’t I be overwhelmed by gratitude of being alive and experience moments like these?? 🌕⛰️🧡🍂🌞🍁 thanks, universe 🤍 by @justinemr__
a little voice note from the mountains 🎙️ l’émerveillement, finalement. 🌿✨💚 #moutain #natureheals #emerveillement #comingbackhome #slowingdown by @justinemr__

a little escape into the Pyrénées mountains 🌿 less scrolling less noise more nature more presence Maybe we all need a little more of that 🤍⛰️🌸🌞🦋🌷🌻🌳☘️❤️ slow living, reconnect with nature, digital detox, mindful living, nature escape, Pyrenees, mountain getaway, disconnect to reconnect by @justinemr__
I think this is why I feel so different when I’m in nature. 💚🌸✨🌞🦋🌷 Everything slows down. Trees don’t rush. Seasons don’t rush. Nothing is trying to be somewhere else. And somehow, being there reminds me that I don’t have to either… Maybe we just need more moments where we can slow down, breathe, reconnect, and simply be. That’s the kind of space I am creating with @samyogasangha 🌿 Much love, Juju xx by @justinemr__

In ancient traditions, Sangha meant a community of people walking a shared path of growth, wisdom, healing, and self-discovery. For centuries, seekers gathered to learn, practice, support one another, and remember that transformation is not a journey we are meant to walk alone. Today, many of us are more connected than ever, yet often feel disconnected from ourselves, from nature, and from genuine human connection. This is one of the reasons we created Samyoga Sangha. A space where yoga, meditation, pranayama , sound healing, retreats, conscious travel, and meaningful gatherings become pathways to connection, not only with ourselves, but with one another. We are not building a following. We are cultivating a community. A place to pause. A place to breathe. A place to belong. Whether you are looking for a retreat, a supportive community, deeper practices, or simply a space where you can be yourself, we welcome you. Because healing grows in connection. And no one is meant to walk the path alone. Welcome to Samyoga Sangha. 🙏 Ancient roots. Modern community. Shared journey. #SamyogaSangha #Sangha #YogaRetreat #WellnessRetreat #YogaCommunity by @justinemr__
