Welp. Only took a year but it's done. Had to take a very long time off from knotting. Already started a new wig. Hopefully finish in 4 weeks this time around.

Wanted to finish by the weekend but that's so not happening.

Measurements anyone? Going through some of my wigmaking books. 6 measurements? 8 measurements? 15? Everyone has their preference. by @justknotit

Testing for lift. Triple bleaching process and it will only go this far. Orange. I could keep going and stress and damage to get pale blond but I won't. I'll leave the dark hair to be who it is. Lol. by @justknotit

Factory cap. Stretch back. That means double knots. Aye. Top is monofilament hard front. More aye. So I added small piece of nape lace and front lace to the hard front. by @justknotit

Minor tweaks to complete. Clip up the scraggly ends. Add a few mohair. Would like to have some light layers to eliminate pyramids you get with curly but I'll wait till I find a stylist who cuts wigs. For real. Not going through another haircut disaster.

This one is coming along a little faster. Hope to have it completed real soon.

Another one of my not so favorite things to do but this was a hot mess. Different lengths in order now.

Almost done with the fro. Light fill in transition to hairline needed. Curly gel and mousse will make a loose Jerry curly effect but I'm going to leave it like this texture, naturally bushy.

Progress but still a ways to go.

When you want to bleach dark kinky curly hair to add a few blonde highlights. Curl pattern fails. Enter dowels to save the day. Rodded and left to dry a few days. Curls again!
