Masters national championships at Ponds Forge Sheffield . 6 races over 3 days. Gold 🥇 in the 4 x 100 relay with 3 fantastic team mates. Pb in individual 50 free, I won my heat (vid) 50 in relay was slightly quicker again and other just a 1/10th slower I think 100 freestyle individual I was very happy with as it was at end of day 3 and just wanted to go home. Overall, swims were consistent time wise, and areas/ improvements to be made which will chop off huge chunks of time. Weight loss was a big difference as I did feel much better tolerating lactic build up, so continuing the downsizing whilst gain/maintain strength 💪🏻 🏊 Back for Bracknell in feb/march time, training with @roryburdin @jameswsmurphy @blackmandean #swimming #racing #fitfam #pictureoftheday #gym by @justtrainmindset

Thank you @emilie_darby for your expert make up skills… you literally transformed the living into the dead. And thank you to the 3 great actresses for stepping in and freaking many of you out😂 This was the first time the girls had done anything like this! It was a proud moment to have a once shy and reserved daughter out on the floor with her drama friends absolutely owning the Zombie character! You bossed it girls!!
