POV: You thought brushing your teeth in the bathroom 5 minutes before your hygiene appointment was going to hide everything… 😂🪥

Hate to break it to you… it doesn’t. 😭

Brushing right before your appointment can freshen your breath and remove some loose debris, but it doesn’t magically erase plaque, calculus, or the areas you’ve been missing at home.

✨ If you want to do ONE thing before your appointment: FLOSS. ✨

Flossing before your appointment can make a WORLD of difference because it helps remove food debris and buildup that’s sitting between your teeth — places your toothbrush simply can’t reach.

And please don’t feel like you need to “scrub extra hard” because your appointment is coming up. Your hygienist isn’t expecting perfection. We’d much rather see what your mouth actually looks like so we can help you improve your home care. 🫶🏽

Your hygiene appointment isn’t a test you need to study for. 😂

Just floss, brush normally, show up, and let’s work together from there. 🦷✨

POV: You let social media hype you up 😂🎈

Finally made it to the Balloon Museum in Miami and honestly… we made the BEST of the experience! 😂✨

Was it cute? Yes. Was it fun? We found a way! But if I’m being completely honest, this felt WAY more geared toward children than adults. 😭

And then there was the donut spot everyone kept recommending… y’all, I’m sorry 😂🍩 In MY personal opinion, Dunkin’ had better donuts. I said what I said!

Moral of the story: social media will have you thinking EVERY place is a must-visit. Sometimes you just have to go see for yourself and form your own opinion. 😂

Still got cute pics, made memories, laughed a lot, and that’s what really matters. 💕🎈

Don’t let the hype make your expectations higher than the experience! 😂
