💕welcome to my page💕

I was the little girl who dreamed of seeing the world. Mum helped me on my path by signing me up for the Siva method mind control. That is when I started meditating regularly.

Later, I moved to England for six months and stayed for 13 years.

I built a life I once could only imagine and still found myself feeling lost.

I watched the move : The Secret that changed my life. I studied the people in the movie and followed their advice. I created my very first vision board and attracted everything in the pictures.
The home, dream job, husband, family, exotic travels.

I had: a home, a husband, a family, and a new life in Dubai. When my marriage lost its emotional connection, then I chose a different path in 2022.

My father’s cancer diagnosis deepened my desire to understand the subconscious mind. I wanted to understand what’s behind the illness and the relationship between body and mind.

Training in Rapid Transformational Therapy helped me see how our past can shape the way we think, feel and act. It also showed me that our old beliefs don’t have to write the rest of our story.

I’m still learning and growing. I no longer need to measure my path against anyone else’s.

Follow along if you’re still becoming, too. 💕

Much love💕

What if the biggest obstacle isn’t what you have to do, but how you speak to yourself about it? 💭

Think about how often you say:

1. I HAVE to…
2. I CAN’T…
3. I SHOULD…

Without realising it, you’re turning everyday choices into pressure, restriction, and guilt.

And the more you repeat these words, the more familiar those feelings become.

✨ **Your mind learns through repetition. So what are you teaching it?**

You don’t have to change your entire life overnight. Start by changing the language you use with yourself.

From restriction to choice.
From obligation to opportunity.
From guilt to intention.

Because growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes, it’s about thinking differently about what you already do.

**The words you repeat become the beliefs you reinforce. Choose them wisely.** 🤍

Which word do you catch yourself using most: HAVE TO, CAN’T, or SHOULD?

Save this reminder and follow along as we learn, grow, and become the best versions of ourselves. 🌱
Much love 💕

If I had waited until I felt ready, I would never be where I am today. ✨

At 16, I was told I was too silly, light-hearted, and naive. That I should grow up and only do things when I knew what I was doing.

Had I listened, I might still be in my hometown, living the same day on repeat.

Instead, I learned to take action before I felt ready. Here’s how. 👇

1. I chose uncertainty before I felt ready.

I was accepted into university, but instead, I moved from my tiny hometown to the capital and joined a stylist team at a national TV channel.

Because comfort feels safe, but staying comfortable doesn’t always take you where you want to go.

2. I moved countries before I spoke the language.

I went to learn English without knowing anyone or what my future would look like. I trusted that things would work out.

The confidence came AFTER the move, not before it.

3. I travelled alone before I knew who I was.

I wanted to face my fears and discover what I was capable of.

And I learned that you don’t discover your strength by waiting until you feel confident. You discover it by doing things that challenge you.

4. I chose myself before I knew what came next.

When I separated while living abroad, I had no certainty about my future or where I would end up.

But I had faith that the universe would support me and that more joy was waiting for me.

Sometimes, you have to take the leap before you can see where you’ll land. BELIEVE YOU CAN AND YOU WILL!✨

5. I started building something bigger than ever before, without knowing exactly how.

I’m learning new skills, putting myself out there, celebrating small wins, putting in the hours, staying consistent, and continually expanding my knowledge.

I surround myself with people who lift me up and encourage me to keep going.

I don’t wait until I feel ready. I start, apply what I learn, and keep moving forward.

Because I’ve learned one thing:

You don’t become ready and then begin. You begin, and that’s how you become ready. 🌟

Believe in yourself. Be kind to yourself and others. Follow your North Star.

✨ Save this if you need the reminder, and follow me for more inspiration.

✨Worry vs. Belief ✨

When we worry about someone, we take the protection off them. We also send our energy in the wrong direction.
But when we shift from worry to belief, we send out good vibrations and strengthen the person we would have worried about.
I learned this from @davidghiyam infinite soul program , and I’ve been practicing it for a few years now. Since I made the shift, everything has been working out for me. I can feel the difference.
Today, choose belief over worry. 🤍
Save this if it speaks to you, and follow me for more.

I’ve got this inspiration from @jb_copeland . Thank you!

Much love 💕

11 Ways to Heal Alone from a Heartbreak 💔

1. Walk on the beach. Let the sound of the waves and the open horizon clear your mind.
2. Listen to uplifting music. Choose songs that lift your mood and remind you of your strength.
3. Channel your energy into something that excites you. Put your focus into a passion, project, or goal that is yours alone.
4. Meditate. Even ten quiet minutes a day can calm your thoughts and bring you back to the present.
5. Let yourself feel it. Cry, grieve, and be sad when you need to. Healing happens when you feel your emotions instead of burying them.
6. Write it out. Journal your thoughts, what you’ve learned, and what you want next. Getting them on paper frees up your mind.
7. Move your body. Exercise, yoga, or a simple stretch releases tension and boosts your mood.
8. Take care of the basics. Sleep, eat nourishing meals, and drink water. Your body needs support while your heart recovers.
9. Set boundaries with reminders. Mute or unfollow, and put photos and keepsakes out of sight for a while.
10. Space gives your heart room to settle.
11. Practice self-compassion. Speak to yourself the way you would to a dear friend. You are not defined by this ending.

💕Rediscover who you are. Spend time on your own interests, try something new, and remember that you are whole on your own.💕

Much love 💕

❤️ I know what it feels like not to be with the right person.

And I know how, after repeated disappointments, you can start believing that the person you want simply doesn’t exist.

Maybe you’ve been single for a long time, and somewhere along the way, “There are no good men out there” became your truth.

But what if this belief is your brain trying to protect you from heartbreak, while also keeping you away from the connection you desire?

A thought is not a fact. And a belief doesn’t have to be your forever truth.

✨ If a loving relationship is what you want, start by allowing yourself to believe in a different possibility.

I’m open to meeting the right person for me, at the right time, while becoming the person I want to be in a relationship with.

❤️ Sometimes, changing your life begins with changing the thoughts you believe.

🤍Some days, one more reminder can bring the loss close again.🤍

Recently, I lost two precious people in my life. My cousin a few days ago, and two days ago was my father’s first anniversary of crossing over.

it is bloody hard to deal with loss, I know.
but let me give you some comforting words.
If you are grieving someone you love, it’s oK if joy and sadness show up together. Don’t be guilty for feeling joy in some moments. You can miss them deeply and still keep living, one ordinary day at a time. There is no deadline for grief and no need to pretend you are fine. 🤍

✨Save this for a day when you need a little gentleness✨

Much love 💕

Baby, thank you for being there for me, cheering me up and supporting me.. thank you thank you . Thank you : love you forever. ❤️

🤍11 ways to heal your heart after loss 🤍

1. Pause and acknowledge what happened. Don’t run away from your feelings. Give yourself permission to feel what you feel.

2. Find your safe space. Somewhere you can let your emotions out without having to explain yourself to anyone.

3. Put on a nice piece of music and let yourself feel. Cry, feel the sadness, the anger, the emptiness. You don’t have to hold it all together.

4. Text what you wish you could still say. Write that message, that WhatsApp, or those words you never got to share.

5. Write a letter to your loved one. Tell them what you miss, what hurts, and all the things you wish they could know.

6. Talk to them in your own way. Through meditation, prayer, or simply speaking out loud. You can still honour the connection you carry in your heart.

7. Create a little goodbye ritual. Light a candle and let it burn until finish, sit quietly, and allow yourself a moment to remember, feel close to them and say goodbye.

8. Spend time in nature. Take a gentle walk, breathe in the fresh air, and let the world remind you that even in the hardest moments, there is still beauty around you.

9. Let go of your guilt. It’s normal to feel it. If you’re carrying regrets or asking yourself, “What if I had…?”, write your thoughts down and burn it.

10. Channel your emotions somewhere to go. Yoga, sport, music, painting, or anything that helps you express what words cannot.

11. Keep your routines. Remember to eat, rest, shower, get outside.

I KNOW IT’S NOT EASY. … 🤍

✨One breath. ✨One day. ✨One moment at a time.

✨We can miss who she/he was and still love who she’s/he’s becoming.

✨The growing-up years can hold slammed doors, words we wish we could take back, and little flashes of the girl/boy you remember. We’re learning how to be her/his mum in a new way, too. We don’t have to be perfect to be the mum she/he needs.

✨If this feels familiar, tell me what you’re learning alongside her.

✨ I AM DEFINITELY LEARNING, PATIENCE, AND POSE BEFORE RESPONDING

Much love mama 💕

The way we speak to ourself can either hold you back or open new possibilities. By just thinking you can change your world.

Through hypnotherapy we explore how our beliefs shape the way we see ourselves and how changing our inner dialogue can change what we believe is possible.

Your thoughts are not your identity.

✨ Change the way you speak to yourself, and you can begin to change what’s possible for you. ✨

Be ready for miracles.
